Villa Philipa is located in a prime position, less than 15-minutes from the magical gates to Walt Disney World. Sitting within the Retreat at Champions Gate with access to the resort’s waterpark, pool, spa, fitness centre, tennis and basketball courts, as well as two golf courses, there is plenty to keep you entertained.
The villa itself is modern and relaxed, with calming blue walls that reflect the colours of the Florida sky throughout the villa’s interior. Contemporary furnishings add a sense of luxury to each room, with every detail designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The villa is spread over two spacious floors and has two living areas - one on each floor, both with comfy sofas and a television, perfect for relaxing evenings in. The separate living spaces offers kids and adults the chance to enjoy their own space, so kids can watch a movie in one room whilst adults continue to socialise in another. The downstairs living space is open-plan to the kitchen and dining area, a spacious, social room where everyone can spend quality time together, opening the doors to the terrace so you can meander in and out of the sun with ease.
Throughout Villa Philipa, there are seven generous bedrooms and five modern bathrooms. On the ground floor, there are two double rooms, both with king-size beds and luxury en-suites. Upstairs there are four double rooms, two twin rooms and a bunk room that’s perfect for kids.
Downstairs, it's hard to decide what will entertain you more, the pool on the terrace or the cleverly converted garage, complete with a pool and air hockey table! Stepping out into the sun, the pool enjoys plenty of sunshine throughout the day, perfect for relaxing days when you need a rest from exploring the parks. Villa Philipa is the perfect base for eighteen guests to rest in comfort, a tranquil space away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando parks.
What you should know…
- There is a laundry space within the villa, so you can keep all your clothes fresh and clean, even after getting soaked on the water rides!

Known as the theme-park capital of the world, Orlando will make your holiday one to remember, giving your kids the adventure of a lifetime, with stories and photos to show their friends back home! Villa Philipa sits just 15-minutes from the gates to Disney World, so each morning a new adventure awaits!
Within the parks, there are rides and experiences for kids of all ages but be aware that some rides have height restrictions so you can take the littlest ones to magic shows and experiences, whilst the older kids laugh their way down the steep rollercoasters. You can also pre-book tickets to save sitting in queues with excited kids!
The villa itself is perfectly designed for families, with a bunk room that kids will love and two twin rooms with big enough beds that kids will feel like one of the adults, sinking down into the cosy covers and dozing off after busy days exploring Orlando. The two separate living areas spread over two floors allow kids and adults to each have their own space, whilst still allowing room for everyone to spend time together when wanted.
Outside the swimming pool is a constant popular feature with kids, big enough for them to splash about and play games, whilst parents either join in or keep a quiet eye on them from the comfort of a sun lounger. However, with really young kids, they might need closer supervision around the pool edge.
When you return to the villa at the end of the day, or if you decide to spend the day resting, Villa Philipa is located within the fabulous Champion’s Gate Resort. With its own waterpark, pool, spa, fitness centre, tennis and basketball courts as well as two golf courses, there is plenty to entertain kids of all ages!

| End of stay cleaning included? | Extra $245 for stays less than 14 nights. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. |

You’ll need prior authorisation to enter the United States, either through a visa, a Permanent Resident Card, or the Visa Waiver Programme. Most passport holders can get an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) through the Visa Waiver Programme, which allows travel to the US for up to 90 days. You should complete an online pre-registration form on the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) website, before you travel.
