Just 12 miles from the magic of Disney World, located in the breath-taking Champions Gate resort, Villa Avery offers luxurious accommodation for up to 16 lucky guests, ideal for a large group of friends or family!
The main living areas are incredibly spacious and luxurious, with a large dining area and lounge beside large patio doors which lead into the garden, flooding the room with warm, natural light.
The sublime, modern kitchen sits alongside this in open plan design, with a stylish breakfast bar. A games room, complete with a pool table, table football and air-hockey will provide endless hours of harmless fun for the entire group.
On the first floor, you will also find your cinema room, equipped with a large screen and plenty of cinema-style seating, as well as another lounge.
On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed, both of which enjoy fabulous ensuite facilities.
There are six more sublime bedrooms upstairs, three more with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, one twin room with two single beds and a final room with a set of bunk beds, decorated in a charming Mickey Mouse design!
Each of the other rooms oozes splendour, with only the softest, most soothing colours of pale pinks and baby blues set against creams and whites, ensuring a haven of relaxation in each of the luxurious rooms.
There are two sets of rooms joined in a Jack-and-Jill fashion by large bathrooms with double vanity sinks and a shower, and there is a fifth family bathroom complete with a bath for the use of the two other rooms.
Out in the beautiful garden, the dazzling centrepiece is, of course, the large private pool, flanked by loungers so you can sunbathe and soak up a little vitamin D in comfort!
To one end of the pool, there is a whirlpool bath, providing you with the soothing hydro-massage of dreams!
On the veranda, there is a great lounging area, with comfortable sofas around a coffee table – making this the ideal spot for chatting over a cuppa, or maybe even a glass of something a little stronger!
An outdoor dining area ensures you can enjoy alfresco meals in style. Number one for relaxation, rejuvenation and of course, a little of the best golfing in the world, the Retreat at Champions Gate is a vibrant community located in the sunny suburbs of Kissimmee, Florida, just 12 miles from Disney World and only around half an hour from Orlando and the Orlando International Airport.

Most passport holders can get an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) through the Visa Waiver Programme, which allows travel to the US for up to 90 days.
