Throughout the villa there is a master suite, as well as four double bedrooms and a twin room, one of which has an en-suite. All offering plenty of storage and space for your belongings, the bedrooms offer an oasis of calm after busy days exploring Orlando. There is no better way to relax, than settling down into bed, reading your book and falling asleep knowing there is no alarm in the morning, just more excitement and fun!
On the ground floor, the highlight of this contemporary villa has to be the huge, open-plan living area. With glass doors out to the terrace, this spacious room is flooded with light, bringing the outdoors inside! There is a stylish kitchen, fully-equipped for your use with a sociable breakfast bar, so the whole family can gather around as the nominated chef does their work! The dining table is great for entertaining when you want to bring the whole group together and the lounge is arranged around a flat screen television, so you can put your feet up and relax after busy days exploring. There is also a second living area on the top floor, ideal for cosy nights in, whilst the games room downstairs provides a more lively atmosphere for playful kids!
Out on the enclosed terrace, you have some privacy from the surrounding villas, perfect for afternoon swims in the private pool. Shielded with lanai, you don’t have to worry about pesky mosquitoes, allowing you to full relax and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. There is also room to dine and sit outside in the sunshine, making the most of Florida’s warm climate. Villa Allison has something for everyone, ideal for a stress-free holiday away!

The villa has been designed families in mind, offering two separate living areas over two floors, so both adults and kids can enjoy time together as well as moment apart, with children watching movies and playing games, whilst adults socialise and enjoy quiet moments alone. The garage has been converted into a games room with an Air-Hockey table, Foosball and basketball hoops, providing endless entertainment for kids and often adults as well!
The main entertaining area is contemporary and sophisticated, letting kids feel like one of the adults as they sink into the sofas or gather around the breakfast bar, maybe even helping to prepare some of the meals! This open-plan space allows families to co-exist in one space, with kids playing on the sofas or splashing in the pool, whilst adults can relax and keep a quiet eye out. A child safety fence around the pool and a shaded lanai around the terrace, means even as kids run about they will be completely safe, taking any stress away.

Most passport holders can get an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) through the Visa Waiver Programme, which allows travel to the US for up to 90 days.
