Villa Kendall is a huge, very extravagant, mansion type villa with 8 enormous bedrooms sleeping 16 guests! Based in the sublime Champions Gate resort it offers luxurious accommodation just 12 miles from the wonders of Disney World and the other famous Orlando attractions. It is an ideal holiday home for very large family groups or groups of friends.
The incredible Champions Gate resort is located in Kissimmee, Florida, the sunshine state and the ‘Theme Park Capital of the World’. The resort is home to endless entertainment – impressive fitness centre, spa, pools, meandering lazy river, games room, restaurant, children’s play areas and of course the world class golf courses.
Downstairs the villa has a wonderful open plan living area with a deluxe kitchen which leads onto the wonderful poolside, pool and spa. Such fun awaits! The south-west facing pool looks out onto a lovely grassy area and trees. There is a massive barbecue and outside dining table and chairs. The living area is incredibly spacious and sumptuous. Downstairs, there are two very comfortable king bedrooms, one is ensuite and another bathroom – ideal for less mobile guests or those wanting a little peace and quiet away from those excited children!
Upstairs, the remaining 6 lavish bedrooms share 3 ‘jack and jill’ bathrooms which each open from bedrooms either side. They are huge and very plush. There is another king, 2 queens, 2 twins and 1 bunk bed room with one full size bed and one single – perfect for children. There is a seriously impressive games room with pool, air hockey and football tables, table tennis and even an arcade game. If that is not enough there is a pretty serious, ostentatious theatre room with a huge large projection screen, surround sound and seats ready to lie back in!

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Kendall is a fabulous house to entertain children in. The movie theatre is beyond belief and the games room just perfect for hours of fun. In the resort, there is so much to keep children happy. Villas at Champions Gate are hand-picked for their excellent location and being in such a safe environment with outstanding family-friendly facilities and amenities.
Outside the resort, the entertainment is endless and the most special place for creating wonderful holiday memories for families. Young children will be mesmerised by the magic, the characters joining them in the parks and the fairytale rides. Teenagers will just love hanging onto those white-knuckle rollercoaster rides and watching their favourite action shows.
The Orlando parks are extremely well organised to help parents with young children enjoy them. Theme parks have baby care centres, pushchair hire and other help at the rides. Child meals are available everywhere, and you can even book to have a meal with your child’s favourite characters in attendance! Cinderella’s Royal Table, Chef Mickey’s, Chip & Dale’s Harvest Feast or Donald’s Dining Safari can all be booked, but you need to do this far in advance as they are so popular! Don’t forget the particular seasonal events – Halloween and Christmas can be truly unforgettable experiences.
The Orlando parks are extremely well organised to help parents with young children enjoy them. Main theme parks have baby care centres, pushchair hire, character experiences, live shows and easy booking facilities. Packages for the parks can be bought to save queuing at the entrance to buy tickets.
Dining with children is easy and often another exciting experience for them with themed restaurants, special characters meals and more!
The parks continually have new projects on the go, so even the most frequent visitors will always find fresh ways to create lasting memories. Children will want to keep going!

| End of stay cleaning included? | Extra $245 for stays of 5 nights or less. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. |

You’ll need prior authorisation to enter the United States, either through a visa, a Permanent Resident Card, or the Visa Waiver Programme. Most passport holders can get an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) through the Visa Waiver Programme, which allows travel to the US for up to 90 days. You should complete an online pre-registration form on the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) website, before you travel.
