Villa Joseph is a spacious modern villa in the fantastic Champions Gate Resort. With access to the Resort's incredible services in addition to the villa's very own private pool and games room, there is no shortage of amazing memories to be made during your stay in Villa Joseph.
Stepping into the villa, you will immediately notice the spacious open-plan living and dining area. This wonderful room is perfect for entertaining guests and enjoying flowing conversation as everyone can spread out around the room in comfort. You can enjoy evening meals at the dining table, planning the next day's trips before you move to the huge sofa – offering plenty of nice little homely touches it's a wonderful space to unwind in. The living room's "L" shaped sofa is perfect for relaxing into while watching a movie on the flat-screen television, and the double-height ceiling brings plenty of light into the space during the day. The living room leads into the kitchen area, with the breakfast bar seamlessly separating the two. The fully equipped kitchen is excellently designed, with plenty of workspace and a huge American fridge freezer, it makes cooking a breeze. Also, on the ground floor is the games room, home to table tennis and table football, it's a fantastic place for the whole group to enjoy some fun.
The villa has five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms giving all the guests a little extra privacy. The two children's rooms have amazing themed decorations throughout. The first has a Star Wars theme, and this even includes the bunk bed frame being disguised! The other kid's room has a Mickey Mouse theme, perfect for getting in the mood to visit Walt Disney World. Along with three of the bedrooms, upstairs also has a second living space. Boasting a large sofa and television, it offers guests the chance to escape the group a little and enjoy a good book in peace, or even catch up on some television.
Outside, the private pool is the ideal way to cool off from the hot Florida sun. The sun loungers offer you the chance to top up your tan, while the outdoor dining table and chairs are great for alfresco dining. You can be sure that Villa Joseph is the ideal home from home as you enjoy your wonderful holiday in Florida.
What you should know…
- Neither of the dining tables can accommodate all 11 guests, but there is plenty of seating available
- There are several neighbours around the property and pool is overlooked
- The outdoor spa is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added

Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Joseph has been designed and furnished with kids in mind. The amazing open-plan ground floor gives the kids plenty of space to play in, with the kitchen always in view for a few snacks! If the kids are getting a bit too excited in the living room, you can make good use of the games room down the hall. With table tennis and table football there is plenty to occupy the kids for hours, especially if they are a little competitive! When they are all worn out, they can watch a movie with the family in the living room, or even head upstairs to the second living area as the adults enjoy conversation around the dining table. The two children bedrooms are fun additions, with the themed walls and furnishings a sure way to get them excited for visiting Walt Disney World. These rooms even have en-suite bathrooms to give the kids a little privacy too. Outside the villa gets even better for families, the private pool is always a family favourite, with space for water gun fights and riding inflatables the kids will have a blast. For extra safety, there is also a pool fence and the whole outdoor area is mosquito-proof for extra peace of mind.
The Resort has some incredible facilities for families travelling together. Take a trip down the lazy river as you bob up and down in the warm sun, after you can grab a bite to eat in one of the many restaurants available. The Resort also has its own cinema, with every Saturday night being the outdoor movie evening. You can relax in the water or take a seat as you enjoy a family-friendly movie with your loved ones. For active kids head to the tennis courts or volleyball courts, where you can practice with each other or even sign up to lessons from the expert coaches available.
Walt Disney World is just 15 minutes away, ensuring you have the whole day to explore the amazing theme park. This is a great day out for children of all ages as the park has gentle rides alongside some adrenalin-fuelled ones. Be sure to check any height restrictions before your visit to avoid any upset little ones.

You’ll need prior authorisation to enter the United States, either through a visa, a Permanent Resident Card, or the Visa Waiver Programme. Most passport holders can get an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) through the Visa Waiver Programme, which allows travel to the US for up to 90 days. You should complete an online pre-registration form on the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) website, before you travel.
