Villa Calma is a charming villa situated near the peaceful village of Búger. The property is perfect for those wishing to escape the main tourist areas of Mallora and find some peaceful, relaxing time to enjoy this beautiful island. However, the more touristic areas of Mallorca are still a short driving distance away, so there is plenty to keep you occupies throughout your holiday.
The villa is tastefully designed and will make you feel at home from the moment you walk in the front door. Set over two floors, the design adopts a traditional layout with living spaces on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper level. There is a large dining room, ideal for if you decide to dine inside and take a break from the hot Spanish sun. There is also a living room and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking up some culinary feasts. This floor also has a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the upper floor are a further three double bedrooms and a bathroom. All the bedrooms are light and airy, featuring windows out to the beautiful surroundings.
As you would expect, the external areas of this property are one of the highlights, with an irresistible private swimming pool idea for cooling off in the warm climate. You can take your pick of the uncovered and covered terraces to find the perfect spot for reading your book or topping up your tan. There is a portable barbecue for cooking up some summer feasts as well as an outdoor dining area for those who enjoy al-fresco dining.
If you can resist the temptation to spend your whole holiday by the pool, then why not head into the village of Búger to try some authentic Spanish Tapas plates, a glass or two of local wine and a chance to practice your Spanish!

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa CalmaBuger has a small community, making up the smallest municipality on Mallorca, and is situated approximately 40km north of the capital Palma. What the municipality lacks in size it more than makes up for in natural beauty. The ‘Torrent de Buger’ watercourse forms a natural boundary to the south and makes for a beautiful walk as it flows through the ancient oak forests and past the old Majorcan water mill.
With the towns of Alcudia and Pollensa not a far drive away, there are plenty of things to see and do, making this a great holiday location.

THE REGION
Sa Pobla is a small municipality with around 12,000 inhabitants, which is situated in the centre of Mallorca, between Inca and Alcúdia. Sa Pobla is known for its agriculture and the humble potato, in particular, gets a lot of attention here as it is exported to many countries and a festival is even held in its honour each year.
The town of Sa Pobla is partly on the Albufera nature reserve (Parc natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca), a protected wetland area. The nature reserve is particularly good for bird watching as well as hikes and walks.
