With a rural countryside location, surrounded by the majestic Tramuntana mountain range with views of the Bay of Pollensa, this contemporary villa in Mallorca will have you living in the lap of luxury close by the town of Pollensa.
Chic and stylish décor fill the interior, with floor-to-ceiling windows creating a welcoming, light-filled ambience. The open lounge with its plush sofas invites total relaxation, with sliding glass door access to the expansive covered terrace overlooking the stone patio and a sleek infinity pool.
The spacious kitchen boasts modern appliances, a large breakfast table, and terrace access. Fire up the built-in BBQ and dine al fresco at the patio table, or inside at the elegant dining table set for 10 in the main dining room.
Three bedrooms reside on the ground floor with terrace access, while a floating staircase leads up to two more bedrooms with stunning views of the bay - one of which has a private balcony. Four bathrooms, two en suite, make sharing space easy.
Just under 4km, the charming and historic town of Pollensa will delight with its rich culture, vibrant market, and annual festivals. A few kilometres further and you’ll find yourself beachside at Puerto Pollensa.
What you should know…
- Those travelling with particularly young children should ensure they take care on the feature staircase!
- The air conditioning is on a timer and is set between the hours of, 2pm-4pm and 8pm to 8am
- In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August

About the surrounding area of Villa MagnoliaThe property is located in the peaceful countryside, just a short distance from the historic town of Pollensa, and only a short drive to the beautiful bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
Pollensa has everything you need for a beautiful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain's finest sand beaches.
The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the roads that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars.
The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area but are warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them. However, the climb is worth it, and the views do not disappoint.

THE REGION
Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.
The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Here we provide all the information you want to know to make the most of this relaxed yet culturally satisfying inland town.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Magnolia makes a fantastic holiday home for families travelling with children, who are bound to enjoy playing games in the large gardens and splashing around in the private pool. For the little ones, cots and highchairs can be made available at the property on a request basis.
The house is a beautiful family retreat in a quiet location but close to so many fun things to do together as a family, from exploring beaches to having dinner in the old town of Pollensa.
The local area is ideal for those who want to get a bit more active, with invigorating coastal walks and cycling terrain that even the pros are challenged by. The island is excellent for horse-riding and water-sports, and for beach life, it’s pretty unbeatable too, with the golden sands of Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç well worth seeking out.
