The interior of this villa is nothing short of pure perfection, showcasing an immense array of decadent decor. The ground floor is home to an extensive kitchen area, which adheres to a very pastoral and rustic theme. In turn, guests are free to prepare and serve an assortment of delightful meals during their stay. The ground floor of this property is also home to the first bedroom, which includes a spacious double bed that has been decorated with a series of ample bed linens. As a result, this room is ideal for guests who may find it difficult to climb lots of stairs.
 
Upstairs, this is where you’ll uncover the main living areas. The lounge area presents a variety of unique seating arrangements as well as an assortment of traditional furnishings. This space also makes use of a modern flatscreen TV, helping to keep guests entertained and up to date with their favourite shows. Therefore, guests can use this space to enjoy each other’s company as well as reminisce about their favourite parts of the day. The dining area includes a very beautiful circular wooden table and is accompanied by a set of matching chairs. Thus, this space is ideal for those looking to enjoy their daily meals in a deeply communal environment. The second bedroom contain a pair of single beds, making them perfect for small children or for couples who prefer to sleep separately. The third bedroom, which includes a spacious double bed that has been decorated with a series of ample bed linens.
 
Travelling up to the top floor, this is where you’ll find the remaining bedroom. This bedroom contains two single beds bed, allowing guests to maintain a restful night’s sleep throughout the duration of their holiday.

Pollensa is a truly idyllic location that has managed to inspire and invite a wealth of tourists from around the world. For lovers of European contemporary art, Pollensa Museum showcases the rich art history of this region in a fascinating way. Despite its acclaimed popularity, this museum was originally a humble storage unit that was used to house a selection of ornate Gothic altarpieces. These pieces were very well regarded and even received a wealth of praise at the Summer Exhibition of Painting back in the 1960s. In 1975, the museum finally opened its doors to the public and is now best known for presenting the works of Atilio Boveri. Pollensa Museum can be found just a short walk away from the town centre and is open Monday-Friday from 10 am till 2 pm. This establishment is also free to enter, making it an ideal attraction for those travelling on a budget.
 
If you are looking to discover more about the intoxicating culture of this region, a trip to Pollensa Market is a must-do. This market houses over 300 stalls, all of which showcase a plethora of attractive items such as artisan clothing, bags, and jewellery. Guests can meander through the many stalls and interact with the amicable vendors as they soak up the customs of the local people. There is also a separate section for fresh produce, allowing guests to use these ingredients back in their own cooking back at Son Empar. Pollensa Market is also just a stone’s throw away from the centre of the region and is open every Sunday from 8 am to 1:30 pm.
 
Q11 Restaurant is one of Pollensa’s most popular fine-dining establishments and can be found just under 10-minutes away. This restaurant stands out from the crowd due to its use of Seasonal Gastronomy, which means that the chefs are only using the freshest ingredients in their meals. As such, guests are guaranteed to receive a delicious meal each and every time. Guests can dive into a range of divine meals such as prawn linguine as well as expertly-prepared lamb ribs. THE REGION

Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.

The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Pollensa is also suitable for children as the region is home to a wealth of fascinating and enticing attractions. If you are looking to view the beauty of this region from an entirely new perspective, Formentor Lighthouse is an ideal place to visit. This monumental lighthouse was first constructed in  1863 and stands an astonishing 210-metres above sea level. Its initial purpose was to help guide delicate fishing boats away from the jagged rocks that can often be found at the base of the shores. Alongside its practical purposes, this lighthouse was also a key source of inspiration for many acclaimed writers such as Blas de Otero and Gerardo Diego. Guests are welcome to take the short drive toward the peak of the lighthouse and bask in the incredible panoramic views that surround them. Formentor Lighthouse is situated around an hour away from the centre of the region.
 
Joan March Gardens are a fantastic attraction for those looking to immerse themselves in the true beauty of nature. These gardens were first built in the late 1980s as a way to commend the hard work of the eldest son of the March family. This family is best known for its use of intuitive business ventures that helped to push Pollensa into a prosperous economic boom. This expressive landmark presents a wide variety of rare trees, such as olive trees and cypress trees, which can be found on the town’s traditional coat of arms. Joan March Gardens can be found just under 10-minutes away and are open 24 hours a day, meaning that guests can visit the gardens at any point throughout their stay in this region.
 
Puig de Maria is one of Pollensa’s most iconic religious landmarks and can be found about 10-minutes away from the centre of the region. At the top of a 330-metre peak sits a 14th-century monastery that was first used as an emotional shrine to the Virgin Mary. Although the monastery was built in 1348, it was forced to close back in 1564. The building did not reopen until 1638 and quickly became a prized attraction. Guests are free to explore the interior of this holy monument and observe a wide variety of artefacts and fixtures in a more intimate way. Also, it only takes half an hour to climb to the top of the hill, making it an approachable journey for most guests.

    Everything just amazing. Location is a wee bit out of the way so car defo needed but apart from that perfect. Outdoor area was lovely, so spacious and big pool with lots of sunbeds. Table tennis table is a great addition also. Inside property is lovely also and MASSIVE- plenty of room with 8 of ua there!Would highly recommend this property.
