THE REGION

Son Empar is perfect for families with children. The spacious layout ensures everyone has plenty of room, with multiple living areas and a large kitchen for family meals. With comfortable bedrooms, a variety of double and twin bedrooms, and plenty of entertainment options, Son Empar offers a relaxing and enjoyable stay for the whole family.

Outside, the covered dining terrace and outdoor barbecue area make for great family gatherings. Kids will love the 11m x 5m swimming pool, ping pong table, and the expansive pool terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols. Parents, however, should note that the swimming pool is unfenced so children should be well-supervised when playing in the vicinity.

The nearby town of Pollensa is family-friendly with many attractions. Visit Formentor Lighthouse, built in 1863, standing 210 meters above sea level with panoramic views, about an hour from the center. Explore Joan March Gardens, showcasing rare trees, open 24/7 and just 10 minutes away. For history-lovers, find Puig de Maria, a 14th-century monastery atop a 330-meter peak, 10 minutes from the center, offering a half-hour climb with plenty of historical and traditional artifacts to see.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €250 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not available at this property.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday during peak season.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.

- There is an extra bedroom on the top floor of the villa that can sleep 2 additional guests and can be opened on request at an additional cost of €25 per night (paid to OT with the balance). Please note that this room will otherwise be locked and out of use.
Other Ts and Cs Please be aware that guests will receive a link from Oliver's Travels 2 weeks before arrival to supply guest details to the property management company. Once completed, guests will then be provided with directions, arrival information, and the property manager's details. Please advise us if you do not receive this link.

    Everything just amazing. Location is a wee bit out of the way so car defo needed but apart from that perfect. Outdoor area was lovely, so spacious and big pool with lots of sunbeds. Table tennis table is a great addition also. Inside property is lovely also and MASSIVE- plenty of room with 8 of ua there!Would highly recommend this property.
