Villa Katrina is a modern property situated just 300 meters from the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente, whose crystalline turquoise waters make them ideal for lovers of swimming and diving.
The property is spread over two floors and has modern, tasteful furnishings throughout. Stairs from the street give access to the villa. The living room is light and airy, with large windows giving beautiful views out towards the sea. With comfy sofas, this is a great spot for socialising and curling up to watch some TV. The dining room is also spacious and bright, with plenty of space to enjoy a family meal. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for you to try your hand at some summer feasts or to whip up a picnic, perfect to eat out on the beach. The kitchen has an outside exit that leads to the pool area and terraces. There are four en-suite bedrooms, two of which are located on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. All the rooms have air-conditioning/heat pumps, making Villa Katrina the ideal choice for both the hottest summer months and the cooler spring and winter months.
The exterior of the house is where you will spend most of your time, with a desirable roman pool perfect for cooling off in the warm Spanish climate and sun beds providing the ideal spot for catching some rays and reading your book. There is a romantic covered pergola, so you can dine outside as a group. During the night, there are a beautiful set of lights over the pool area, making the cobbled wall and pool take on an ethereal, dreamy ambience.

THE REGION
Nestled on the far northwest coast, Cala Sant Vicenc is part of the municipal district of Pollenca and is more or less halfway between the town of Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. Originally a fishing village, the town of Cala Sant Vicenc has several small bays with rugged and dramatic rocks and cliffs. The main attraction here is the tranquillity and the collection of small beaches.
The three small beaches in Cala Sant Vicenc, with their crystal clear seas, are particular favourites for both locals and tourists visiting the area. Cala Molins is the largest of the three and is, therefore, the hot spot for summer sunbathers. The smallest, Cala Clara, is a pebbled beach not ideal for sunbathing but is often a good place to snorkel and find crabs hiding in the rocks.
