The lower floor of Villa Lucrecia features a beautiful double bedroom with sea views and an en-suite bathroom occupying the east wing. On the first floor, three additional double bedrooms offer equally breathtaking views, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Come here for the day and you’ll find new energy by appreciating all of the simple things that enhance Es Cubells’ beauty. The village sits on top of a striking clifftop and offers glorious vistas over the picturesque island of Formentera. Es Cubells is utterly unbothered by the ways of the rest of the world.
The Church of Es Cubells was built in the nineteenth century and remains one of the key landmarks of the village. The small church seats around eighty people and boasts a quaint church organ. At the back of the church, you can really take in the stunning views over the sparkling sea and wider surrounding nature. Visiting here will leave you refreshed and revitalised as this church is ideal for enjoying quiet contemplation.

THE REGION
Although set just outside the buzz of the village of San José, Es Cubells is distant enough to create a wonderful feeling of seclusion. As you drive past traditional fincas and rural farmland plus olive and orange groves, the pressure of everyday life seems to just slip away.
The exclusive, ultra-private properties peppered along the rocky cliffside are contemporary and luxurious in style yet possess an air of laid-back chic, setting the scene for the ultimate Mediterranean getaway.
Typical Spanish cuisine can be found in the two restaurants in the little village – take your pick between Bar Llumbi Restaurante – famous for mama’s pork chops and tasty tapas dishes – overlooking the sea, or tuck into hearty plates like grilled meats, whole fish baked in salt, paella or typical Ibicenco dishes including bullit de peix or guisat de peix on the sunny terrace of Bar Restaurante Es Cubells just opposite the church.

Best Suited For: All AgesThe village of Sa Revista is a little slice of paradise previously home to the salt workers of the island. Its small white chapel was built for the religious requirements of the salt workers, and today provides the perfect photo backdrop.
Kids will be able to discover a piece of Ibizan history at Sa Revista while stretching their feet and posing for photos at one of Ibiza’s lesser-known landmarks.
