This traditional Ibizan house was built in the 18th Century and the adjoining tower has been declared a building of cultural interest, making this an historic and unique place to stay. 

The location on top of the beautiful hill of Es Puig de la Vila offers wide and sweeping views over the surrounding landscape. The vast terraces and gardens that surround the property provide idyllic spots in which to escape.

The interior of the villa is traditional in style and full of character with modern touches throughout.

Along with plenty of terraces to relax on, the grounds of the villa have plenty of space to catch the sunshine with a hammock, sun loungers, lawn and decked area too. Enjoy the warm Ibizan weather and cool off in your own private pool when needed.

The house is ideally located just 350m from the main town of San Jose and all the amenities it has to offer, such as restaurants, supermarkets, petrol stations and banks. 

The beaches of the South of the island (Ses Salinas, Cala Jundal, Cala Conta, Cala Tarida and Cala d’Hort) are all within a 15 minute drive, as is the beautiful nature reserve of Es Vedra. Ibiza town is also less than 20 minutes by car.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €2000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. The local property manager will forward a link so that credit card payment for the refundable security deposit can be pre-authorised a week prior to your arrival date. Once the security deposit has been authorised, the property manager will then release the arrival/key collection info
