Villa Anahi’s secluded setting is perfect for holidaymakers wanting to get away from it all. Located on a large, private estate overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, this fabulous house affords the most incredible luxuries to guests during their stay.

Your very own private beach is waiting for you at the end of the beautiful boarded walkway through the garden and along the cliff. Once here, lie back on the white sand, soak up the Ibiza sun and swim in the turquoise sea; all of which are exclusively yours as guests at Villa Anahi.

Included in the list of indulgences are a super boat, sports car, Mercedes people carriers and Spyder bikes. These fabulous modes of transport mean you can explore the island in style. Setting off from your private beach, take the Vanquish super boat along the delightful coast at Es Cubells, stopping at the three coves for great diving or snorkelling in the crystal-clear waters.

The Jaguar sports car is perfect for seeing the sights, just a few guests at a time. The pretty village of Saint Josep de Sa Talaia is a twenty-minute drive. Inland and in the foothills of Sa Talaia, it is slower-paced than the larger resorts.

Despite being popular with tourists and ex-pats, this traditional Ibizan village is still full of character, offering tapas restaurants, markets, shopping streets for gifts and friendly cafes and bars for a welcome drink.

Drive to Ibiza Town in just twenty-five minutes and discover the three distinct areas to this beautiful, ancient city. The charming old quarter, Dalt Vila, still resides within its defensive walls. Venture inside, and you’ll find fascinating museums, historic buildings and delightful cobbled streets leading down to the original fishing port.

The new town is full of upmarket, tree-lined boulevards and modern, open plazas. The shopping experience is sparkly and irresistible, with top quality restaurants and bars on most corners. Finally, you have the marina. Fabulous yachts, boutiques, restaurants and hotels line this amazing people-watching arena. Pre-club bars are also in abundance.

If you want a more chilled-out, Ibizan beach club experience, head for San Jose or Cala Jondal, both just a short drive from Villa Anahi. Just make sure you’re back at your beautiful private terrace for sunrise. The colours of the new day, as they reflect on the sea, are especially lovely from Villa Anahi.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €10000 paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 4 nights during low season, 7 nights during peak season. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday during peak season. Flexible all other times.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking and vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Not available at this property.
Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs - The property can sleep up to 18 pax.
- The prices advertised are for 12 guests therefore there is an extra charge for each guest over the number of 12. Please provide the exact amount of guests if over 12 for the total cost.
- A €2000 cash kitty is required on check-in, please enquire.
Other Ts and Cs Services included in the rental price:

- Vanquish yacht VQ52 with captain is included for one day but does not include fuel costs, which are to be paid directly to the local agent. The yacht has a max capacity of 12 pax.
- Staffing: 2 cleaners working 8 hours per day, and Assistant working 10 hours per day and a Chef working 10 hours per day. Food costs are not included and are to be paid directly to the house team onsite.
- Airport Shuttle on arrival and departure day.
- Transport: 2 eight seater Mercedes vans, 1 Jaguar F type and 2 Spyders. All drivers must be over the age of 26 to drive these vehicles and there is a liability excess of €2500, please enquire.
Other Ts and Cs A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure).
