Located in the quiet neighbourhood of Nants in Morzine, Chalet Lawro boasts a superb location and an abundance of Alpine charm! With dreamlike views of Morzine and its picturesque valley, as well as the majestic peaks of Avoriaz, this newly-constructed chalet features four bedrooms, a jacuzzi and a sauna, offering up to ten guests a relaxing and rejuvenating mountain retreat. Chalet Lawro is perfect for guests to enjoy some of the most spectacular winter sports terrain in Europe, making this the ideal base to explore the wonders of Morzine and the Portes du Soleil ski area.

Each morning, bright blue skies and the gentle mountain breeze will draw you outside to the villa’s sun-drenched terrace, where you can sip a freshly brewed cup of coffee and enjoy the chalet’s spectacular Alpine vistas. The terrace features a picnic table and barbecue facilities, offering the ideal spot to enjoy a private après-ski experience at sunset.

Inside Chalet Lawro, guests will find a bright and airy open-plan living space that benefits from an abundance of natural light. The living space features a welcoming lounge area with a flatscreen TV and comfortable sofas centred around the warm glow of a statement fireplace, inviting guests to curl up and unwind in style after an invigorating day on the slopes. There is a charming dining area where everyone can gather together to discuss the day’s adventures, while the chalet’s fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and a sleek island with seating.

Downstairs, there is a private wellness zone with a sauna and an indoor jacuzzi, where you can feel the day’s activities melt away as you relax into the soothing waters. The lower level of the chalet also offers a well-appointed bathroom with a shower and a ski storage room with a heater for ski boots.

Three delightful bedrooms are featured on the first floor of Chalet Lawro. There is a lovely double bedroom, while two more bedrooms can be arranged as double or twin rooms, depending upon the preferences of the guests. Each bedroom features access to a balcony and a modern en-suite bathroom. Natural timber finishes and relaxed, understated décor create a soothing and restful ambience in every bedroom. Upstairs, the chalet’s final bedroom on the second floor can be arranged as a gorgeous double room or a chalet-style room with four single beds. This bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom.
