Villa America is a contemporary four bedroomed two storey villa that sleeps up to 8 guests. The property has a private pool, air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. Villa America enjoys a tranquil yet central location in Vilamoura, famed for its lively Marina, fabulous beaches and world-class golf courses. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a golf course, Villa America is only 10 minutes’ walk from beautiful beaches and the world-famous Marina, the largest and most glittering in Portugal.
Villa America is a modern villa with an appealing garden and a gorgeous pool. Fully renovated to a high standard, the property includes unique and well-designed features. Light and airy, cool, clean lines seamlessly blend with elegant furnishings creating an attractive, calm, secluded retreat. White-washed walls, blonde wood flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows frame the open style, spacious, ground-floor living and dining area.
Decorated in minimal style, relax on an oversized sofa surrounded by tasteful accessories and a smart TV. The beautiful dining space has a stone feature ceiling and a unique modern dining table making it a wonderful space for fabulous dinner parties. Chefs will love the sleek white kitchen. With plenty of storage and open space, you can expect all the mod cons, including a hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. Adding character and elegance to the property is a gorgeous light-flooded indoor patio area styled with hand-painted tiles and a beautiful paved floor, a lovely space to relax in.
The ground floor also offers a convenient airy double bedroom and bathroom, perfect for extra privacy and the less mobile. Upstairs a glass-framed, light-filled walkway leads to 3 bright, elegant bedrooms. Decorated in a palette of whites with splashes of colour. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with access to an expansive furnished terrace overlooking a golf course. This is a great spot to enjoy a sundowner or two. Bedroom 3 is an airy double bedroom with access to a private balcony, and Bedroom 4 is a flexible twin room with access to the furnished terrace. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a separate Bathroom with a shower.
Private and secure, the property offers lovely outside space. The pretty lawn garden and gorgeous pool area are framed by oversized loungers to enjoy on lazy sunny days. The attractive covered terrace has comfy loungers to kick back in or fire up the barbeque and enjoy dining under the stars at the attractive dining space. Star gazers can also access the upstairs terrace via exterior stairs.

Villa America is a lovely tranquil retreat in a great location and will delight families, groups and golf lovers who can make the most of this fabulous region.
The Marina is huge, with fabulous boats of every size and is a hotspot for celebrity spotting. This is a great place to relax, and people watch with a long cool drink at one of the many bars or beach clubs or simply take a stroll by the waterfront and enjoy the atmosphere and browse the stylish shops. The Marina is a great place to book a boat trip, and there are many different types available. From budget-friendly boat rides along the coast exploring caves and searching for dolphins to luxury Yacht Rentals with a crew to cater for your every need, there is something for every taste and budget.
Vilamoura enjoys some of the finest beaches of the central Algarve, including Praia da Falesia, located to the west of the Marina. Boasting golden sands, clear water and distinctive orange cliffs, this huge beach stretches over 8km to Olhos de Agua. Pristine and natural with a nature park running along the cliff tops, a 5 minutes’ walk from the Marina will take you to near-deserted beaches. Vilamoura is known as the Algarve’s heart of golf, and golf lovers’ flock from all over the world to play some of Portugal’s finest golf courses while bathing in the sun. Highlights include the famous Old Course and the Victoria Golf Course, where the Portuguese Masters has been held; however, you are spoilt for choice with a cluster of high-quality courses in the area.

THE REGION
Vilamoura has been a glamorous town ever since Roman time. Its rich history is still palpable as you walk its streets, coming upon Roman Baths and ancient murals all around town. These days, Vilamoura is still a high-class destination although it has certainly kept up with the times. Yachts dock at the large marina and travellers galavant the seaside strip hopping between bars, restaurants and the dazzling casino.
The local championship courses naturally attract a crowd of golf enthusiasts as well, and there is a large selection of other sports to enjoy in the area (including those best played out in the water). There is certainly no need to ever be bored in Vilamoura, but if it’s ultimate relaxation you’re after you won’t be disappointed. The town is alluringly close to Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia, where the golden sand and hot Mediterranean sun is just about never-ending.

But while you’re enjoying one of our fantastic villas in Algarve, you may well want to take some time out from all that sun worship to explore everything else the region has to offer – so we’ve put together this handy travel guide to give you a little help and inspiration!
Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesThe Algarve is renowned for being a family-friendly environment, and there are plenty of things for children to do around the area. Stand-up paddle boarding, tennis, diving, canoeing, cycling and sailing boat rental are a stone’s throw away. The Algarve has some of the best beaches in Portugal, and families can enjoy day trips with snorkelling, boating excursions and watersports all on offer.
Not even a ten-minute drive from the villa is Aquashow waterpark, with slides, rides and a water roller-coaster. For the younger kiddies, there are two separate play areas, and adults who want to wind down can immerse themselves in jacuzzis or the lazy river.
A twenty-five minute drive will take you to the Zoomarine waterpark in Guia. There are several restaurants on the complex and plenty of green space for mums and dads to relax whilst the kids tire themselves out on the aqua tube and body slides.
A thirty-minute drive will take you to Krazy World Zoo in Algoz, an interactive zoo with petting opportunities for the kids. Feeding times and the reptile encounter are always popular, and kids can feed dwarf goats, llamas and deer at the petting farm. There’s non-animal entertainment too. The whole family can enjoy a round of mini golf, splash in the swimming pools, enjoy nature play, get competitive at paintball, take a pony ride and compete at pedal karts.
