The villa can accommodate 8 guests between four bedrooms with air conditioning. There is a wonderful sense of space and light throughout the villa with large sliding doors, big windows and terraces on both the ground and first floors. The ground floor open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen opens out onto the beautiful private garden terrace.

The outside grounds of Villa Tapecaria are perfectly finished with a private swimming pool, reclining sun loungers, dining table, covered seating area and barbecue. This serves as the ideal location for lazy afternoons under the Portuguese sunshine and for sharing delicious barbecues al fresco style under the night time stars.

THE REGION

Vilamoura has been a glamorous town ever since Roman time. Its rich history is still palpable as you walk its streets, coming upon Roman Baths and ancient murals all around town. These days, Vilamoura is still a high-class destination although it has certainly kept up with the times. Yachts dock at the large marina and travellers galavant the seaside strip hopping between bars, restaurants and the dazzling casino.

The local championship courses naturally attract a crowd of golf enthusiasts as well, and there is a large selection of other sports to enjoy in the area (including those best played out in the water). There is certainly no need to ever be bored in Vilamoura, but if it’s ultimate relaxation you’re after you won’t be disappointed. The town is alluringly close to Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia, where the golden sand and hot Mediterranean sun is just about never-ending.

Security deposit €500 charged to client’s credit card as a pre-authorisation two weeks before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Minimum stay 5 nights during low season. All other durations on request.

    There was an issue with one of the air conditioning units but this was dealt with promptly by the local agent.

    Just got back from a weeks stay and would like to say what an excellent time we all had. The property was clean and had everything that we needed, location was about 10 min walk to the marina. The local SPAR was just 5min walk which had everything that was required for lunches. Meals at the Marina - had lovely lunches and evening meals at various restaurants, we also had a couple of lovely tapas at the local tapas bar behind the SPAR, the owners were very friendly and made us so welcome. Definitely going back next year.
