Villa Alberato is an enchanting estate located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, consisting of three beautifully designed and spacious villas that can accommodate up to 22 guests.
The main villa dates back to the 12th century and is surrounded by lush greenery, including vineyards, trees, and a natural pond. On the ground floor, a spacious foyer leads to the living area, which includes a sitting room, dining room, and well-appointed kitchen featuring a large fireplace. Each room provides direct access to the outdoor areas equipped with furniture. A laundry room and guest bathroom complete the floor. Upstairs, a TV room and four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, can be found. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with en-suite bathtubs, one double with a bathtub and shower, and one twin with a shower.
Further, within the estate, about 15 meters from the main villa, lies another picturesque two-storey villa with three double bedrooms, an open-plan living and dining area, and a spacious kitchen with direct access to the veranda.
Another quaint villa, approximately 40 meters from the main villa, comfortably accommodates up to another six guests. There is an open space with a living room, dining area, kitchenette, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The upper floor is completed by an en-suite double bedroom with a terrace overlooking the park.
The estate features a spacious and well-maintained garden spanning 5 hectares, including a large lawn, colourful flowers, a patio, an arbour, and a pergola. The garden's centrepiece is a sparkling swimming pool adorned with white ceramic tiles and rustic terracotta bricks, providing a refreshing respite from the warm Tuscan sun. The solarium that encircles the pool is equipped with parasols, gazebos, sun loungers, and cold water showers. There is also a circular hydromassage tub, although it is not heated. The pool is illuminated inside and outside for a breathtaking night swimming experience.
The property is conveniently located just 4 km from Figline Valdarno and 7 km from Incisa Valdarno, while Florence is just 36 km away. Guests can enjoy various outdoor activities in the area, including hiking, horse riding, and tennis, while golf enthusiasts can visit the nearby 18-hole golf course. The villa is also within easy reach of some of Tuscany's most charming towns and cities, including Greve in Chianti, Arezzo, San Gimignano, and Siena.

- Quiet and non-intrusive owners live on-site and has a dog, they will be very happy to help.
- The residence is composed of three houses, all individually designed/furnished, with no internal connecting door between the properties.
- The villa’s private swimming pool isn’t fenced, so children should always be supervised when outdoors.

About the surrounding area of Villa AlberatoVilla Alberto is ideally nestled in the Tuscan countryside, immediately behind the Chianti region, surrounded by trees and vineyards. Just 4 km from the centre of Figline Valdarno, a charming town well-known for its excellent wine production, delicious food, and beautiful countryside surrounding the town.
One of the first places to check out is the charming town of Greve in Chianti (17km), just a short drive away. This picturesque town is nestled in the heart of Tuscany's wine country and is surrounded by stunning vineyards and rolling hills. Stroll through the town's winding streets and marvel at its beautiful architecture, from the majestic Piazza Matteotti to the impressive Castello di Montefioralle. Remember to sample some delicious local wine and traditional Tuscan cuisine at one of the many cosy restaurants.
The Chianti region has many beautiful hiking trails for those who love the great outdoors. Follow the trails through ancient forests and rolling hills and discover gorgeous countryside vistas. You might even spot some of the region's famous wildlife, such as wild boar, deer, and foxes.
Wine lovers can indulge in wine tastings and tours of the many vineyards and wineries in the region, including Castello di Brolio, Antinori nel Chianti Classico, and Castello di Volpaia.
Suppose you're interested in history and culture, head to Florence (36km), the birthplace of the Renaissance. This vibrant city is a hub of art, architecture, and history, with some of the world's most famous museums and monuments. Marvel at the exquisite sculptures at the Galleria dell'Accademia, climb the stairs to the top of the Duomo for a stunning panoramic view of the city or stroll along the picturesque Ponte Vecchio.
But if you're looking for something unique, head to the charming town of San Gimignano (62km), famous for its medieval towers. This UNESCO World Heritage Site boasts 14 impressive towers that once served as symbols of power for the town's wealthy families.
