Located on the 3rd floor of a gorgeously rustic apartment block, you will feel right at home when you enter the flat. Open the front door to a cosy and compact kitchen and dining space, well equipped, with a dining table seating up to 4 guests. Elegantly designed with contemporary furnishings, this gorgeous apartment maintains its rustic European charm, blending a simplistic white and red colour scheme. With the sofa located in the kitchen area, you can chill out together while cooking up a feast and enjoying an aperitivo. The kitchen has plenty of facilities, including 4 four hot plates and an electric coffee machine. Watch the hustle and bustle of this pleasant city district go by as you sip on your morning coffee, relaxing before a busy day of activities ahead!
From the living/dining area, go past the separate toilet and find the large double bedroom. Slide into your double bed, impeccably made-up with crisp, white linen, after a long day on your feet. With all the light-coloured furnishings, this apartment is a perfect sanctuary to shade from Rome’s humid summer heat. However, the cosy interior also makes the flat perfect for winter stays too. The room is adjoined by a spacious and inviting shower, with towels provided. The bedroom also boasts an enormous wardrobe stretching across one side of the room, perfect for you to unpack and hang up either your favourite summer dress, or even a couple of cosier winter coats.
Apartment Manuzio is tucked away in a classical, yellow-painted apartment block, eye-catching when you first arrive. There are parking spaces outside, but you’ll surely have no need for a car when everything is in such easy reach. The apartment is in a picturesque street in the Testaccio district, a lively and cultural spot with an especially eclectic food scene! What you should know…
- The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment block and there is no lift, so unfortunately it isn’t suitable for those with reduced mobility
- The metro is the easiest and most convenient way to get around the city, and the underground station "Piramide" is a 15-minute walk from the apartment
- Please note that there is strictly no smoking allowed inside the apartment

The apartment is nestled on a quiet side street located in the charismatic Testaccio district. Testaccio has a long-standing reputation for its strong sense of community, but it also boasts an array of local restaurants for the foodie groups. Be tempted by the Testaccio Market and try a variety of delicious local produce. For the night owls, you also won’t be short of fun nightlife, as well as plenty of cultural attractions.
For those interested in art and history, take a day trip to the MACRO contemporary art museum (about 40 minutes away via public transport, and situated in a former slaughterhouse!) displaying some of the world’s most celebrated artists. Venturing out of your local neighbourhood, you’ll find several amenities within easy reach, including public transport.
