Maison Pêche is a modern, charming haven amidst the brimming French Riviera. Well placed in a residential area close to the seaside resort of Saint-Aygulf, this villa offers easy access to the countless delights of the Côte d'Azur.
This pleasant and spacious holiday home welcomes up to six guests. Enter through an open-plan living and dining room flooded with natural light thanks to the panoramic window. The living area comes complete with tasteful furnishings including dining table, TV and lounge area. A fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up culinary delights.
Off the main living and dining area is the first of three bedrooms, including a French bed and bathroom. Upstairs offers two more bedrooms, each with a French bed, shower and WC. The upper terrace also comes complete with deck chairs and dining furniture.
The panoramic window stretching across the open-plan living area offers a seamless transition to the outdoor terrace. Dive in the swimming pool, bask on a deck chair in the Mediterranean sunlight and watch the villa’s façade slowly shift through shades of peach. Stroll through the manicured garden, play a game of boules on the private court, and enjoy the pleasures of al fresco dining with your family and friends.
After a long day in the sun, make your way down to the basement level to watch a film in the home cinema, relax in the hydro massage bath or take a sauna. All in all, and with a host of local shops and attractions within short driving distance, Maison Pêche is a great escape from the world’s ills, the perfect retreat for your French getaway.
This holiday villa sits just a short distance from Saint-Aygulf, where you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants and (of course) bakeries. Further afield, the French Riviera offers a plethora of beautiful towns and villages to visit, as well as beaches. It's called the Cote D'Azur for a reason, and without having to travel far at all, you will be able to explore the glorious blue seas of the Mediterranean.

About the surrounding area of Maison PecheMaison Pêche is situated in a residential area close to Saint Aygulf, a small, family-friendly resort town on the French Riviera between Cannes and Saint Tropez. It offers a range of shops, grocery stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and fantastic bakeries serving local delights such as La Tarte Tropézienne – invented by patisserie owner Alexandre Micha in 1955 for the actress Brigitte Bardot.
From the villa the nearest beach is reachable in under ten minutes by car. Interestingly, while most of the beaches in the region are pebbles, many of the beaches close to Saint Aygulf are sandy. The resort’s numerous small coves and beaches are rich in opportunities for fun activities and new experiences, including scuba diving, snorkelling, jet skiing, sailboat excursions, windsurfing, fishing, or take a scenic hike along one of the many coastal paths, including the ‘Chemin des Douaniers’ – the ‘Road of Customs Officers’, which runs for 12km from Saint-Aygulf to the San Peire Beach at Les Issambres. For history buffs there is also opportunity to check out interesting Roman sites, including La Gaillarde, a large ornamental Roman fishpond built approximately 2,000 years ago.
Larger resort towns and hotspots along the Côte d'Azur are also within easy driving distance, including the historic town of Fréjus (15 minutes), Saint-Raphael (20 minutes), Saint Tropez (50 minutes), and Cannes (50 minutes).
For the wine lovers amongst us the beautiful vineyards of Cháteau Vaudois are less than ten minutes away by car. Situated on a high Provençal hillside, this prestigious winery offers guided tours and tastings that will steep you in the local terroir.

If the kids can’t contain themselves in the swimming pool, and are left uncontented by the home cinema, the local resort town of Saint Aygulf is brimming with water sports options and safe, sandy, shallow beaches ideal for the young ones.
The area is also rich in family-friendly amusement parks, including Aqualand Fréjus and Luna Park Fréjus (12 minute drive), Waterworld on Lake Gaudrade (22 minutes drive), and Les Lacs Adrénaline (35 minutes drive). There is also the local zoo, Parc Zoologique de Fréjus (30 minutes drive) for another day of family-friendly fun.
