Located in the popular Champions Gate resort, this bright and spacious, modern villa is perfect for families and children will love the two themed bedrooms. Guests staying at Villa Charlie benefit from access to all the excellent facilities in the resort, including a clubhouse, swimming pool, cinema and the fitness area.
The layout of the villa is well-designed, with the main living areas on the ground floor, leading out onto the sunny terrace. There is also a master suite on the downstairs, whilst the remaining four bedrooms can be found upstairs. Two of the rooms boast en-suite bathrooms, while two of the bedrooms share an equally luxurious bathroom. Each room offers plenty of space to relax and store any belongings!
The villa offers a modern open-plan family room, with a stylish, fully-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking some family meals, with the hardest decision being whether to dine inside or out! In the kitchen, there is a sleek breakfast bar, so guests can gather around helping to chop and cook or sharing a bottle of wine whilst the nominated chef works their magic! There is a bright living and dining space with contemporary furnishings, cosy sofas and a large dining table, perfect for entertaining.
Patio doors open elegantly from the family room out on to the sunny terrace where you can relax after busy days exploring the parks. The private swimming pool also has a spill over whirlpool and creates a fabulous and relaxing atmosphere, as there are no rear neighbours. There is a lovely outdoor dining table, so you can enjoy evening drinks on the terrace, making the most of that holiday feeling!
Whether you are looking to enjoy the Florida sunshine, shopping at one of the many malls, or a day trip to the Gulf coast beaches, Villa Charlie is the perfect base!

Most passport holders can get an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) through the Visa Waiver Programme, which allows travel to the US for up to 90 days.
