Overview

Pool Villa/House Ideal for Kids Hot Tub Walk to Beach Walk to Village Parking Space

Ultra-modern and showcasing the best of contemporary design, Villa Narancasto is a stylish holiday home right on the coast close to the small town of Primošten.

The sea views from newly-built Villa Narancasto are just unbeatable. An area of private pebble beach is located at the bottom of the plot where you can get even closer to the water. The views can be enjoyed from many of the terraces as well as from the spacious rooms inside the villa.

On the ground floor is a large, open plan area that’s perfect for socialising and relaxing. In the lounge area are a couple of comfortable sofas and a chair that are ideally positioned for watching both the television and the sea.

The patio doors give not only fantastic views but also direct access to a terrace. Sharing the space is a fully-equipped, modern kitchen and a dining table that seats up to eight people. There’s also a guest bathroom with shower and toilet.

To the first floor are four air-conditioned double bedrooms. All have their ensuite bathroom, and three of them also overlook the sea. The second floor is a separate area with its private entrance.

Here is the fifth bedroom with a double bed and pull-out sofa bed for an additional four people. A terrace features some sun loungers and a parasol for soaking up the sea views in comfort and style.

The main dining terrace has a classic wood dining table for up to 10 people to enjoy al fresco meals with uninterrupted sea views. There’s also another more intimate dining terrace with a built-in barbecue.

The outdoor, private swimming pool offers stunning views also. Dotted around the plot are gravel flowerbeds with pretty plants and small trees. There’s also a lawned area for enjoying some quiet time alone. Just a minute away at the bottom of the outside space is a pebble beach.

Despite occupying a quiet and peaceful position right on the coast, many supermarkets are just a short drive away from Villa Narancasto. Here you can pick up groceries and anything else you might need during your stay.

You can walk to the central part of Bilo Beach in around 20 minutes to enjoy picnic lunches. The beach is a little rocky, so make sure you pack some shoes too. You’ll love how uncrowded the stretch is here, and the water is immaculate and bright for swimming.

Primošten is a small, coastal town that’s just over 10 minutes away from the villa by car. It’s a charming place with a laidback atmosphere and local culture around every corner. You can find several supermarkets here, as well as a fish market, general market and some souvenir shops.

One of the most beautiful buildings here is the 15th-century Church of St. George. There’s also a lovely sandy stretch to chill out and relax on after enjoying a seafood lunch at one of the town’s many restaurants.

Just a 40-minute drive north is the city of Šibenik, with its historical and cultural attractions. Its old area is home to a network of steep streets and alleyways and plenty of hidden gems. The top sights of the city include St James’ Cathedral and St Michael’s Fortress.

Visit Šibenik City Museum to browse exhibits from the prehistoric age, right through to the modern day. Solaris Aquapark is on the outskirts of the city and is a great place to go for a fun-filled day out with the family.

Region

Perched on the Adriatic coast of Croatia, Primošten is a stunning seaside town that beckons visitors with its warm Mediterranean charm. This enchanting destination is more than just a picturesque coastal enclave; it's a place where the past gracefully meets the present, and where breathtaking landscapes paint the perfect backdrop for a memorable vacation.

Primošten features pretty, stone streets that wind their way through the town. You'll feel as though you've stepped back in time as you explore the ancient architecture and discover the many quaint shops and restaurants.

The white stone Church of St. George, perched on a hill at the heart of the town, is a must-visit attraction. Its bell tower offers an excellent vantage point to take in panoramic views of the town and the sea. As you stroll through the old town, you'll also come across the famous Bucavac, a circular stone tower that was once a key part of the town's defence system. It now serves as a cultural venue and a reminder of the town's fortified past.

The area’s coastline is dotted with picturesque coves and pebble beaches, making it a haven for beach lovers. The crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic are perfect for swimming and snorkelling, and paddle-boarding and kayaking are a popular way of exploring the coast. The most famous beach in Primosten is Mall Raduca, a Blue Flag beach known for its clean, safe waters and pristine surroundings.

A delightful way to immerse yourself in the peninsula’s natural beauty is by taking a walk through the Primošten Vineyards. These remarkable stone-walled vineyards date back to the 16th century and are now a UNESCO World Heritage site. The breathtaking vistas of the Adriatic Sea and the charming town below will take your breath away.

You can sample the local wines produced from these vineyards in the traditional restaurants along Primosten’s waterfront, which also serve up a variety of freshly caught fish and shellfish. A must-try dish is the Dalmatian classic, "Peka," a hearty dish made from meat or seafood slow-cooked with potatoes and vegetables under a bell-shaped lid. For those with a sweet tooth, don't forget to finish with "Rozata," a traditional Croatian custard dessert with a caramelised sugar glaze - a taste of heaven on a plate!

Primošten's proximity to the Dalmatian islands adds another layer of allure to this peninsula. Take a day trip to the nearby Kornati Islands, a national park consisting of 89 stunning islands and islets. The Kornati archipelago is a sailor's paradise, with its crystalline waters and numerous coves. If you're not an experienced sailor, guided boat tours are readily available.

Another wonderful day trip is to the idyllic island of Zlarin, known as the "Golden Island" due to its golden, sandy beaches. Zlarin is famous for its history of coral harvesting, and today this can still be seen in their jewellery-making tradition.

Whether you're wandering through the charming old town, basking on the pristine beaches, or exploring the nearby islands, Primošten offers an abundance of enticing experiences. This coastal gem is more than just a tourist destination; it's an authentic slice of Croatian life.

Villa Narancasto is a great holiday home for families with older children. They’ll love the many terraces for enjoying some independence, as well as the pool and games room for entertainment. The area of the private beach is a great place to go for some quiet time also.

Take a trip to see a working watermill at Dalmatian Ethno Village in Šibenik, which is just over 20 minutes away by car. This authentic Croatian village has been preserved to create a fun and fascinating place to enjoy a family day out.

Try a range of local foods as you make your way around the little cottages, with live traditional music often playing as you stroll around. There’s also a gift shop to pick up small souvenirs.
