This contemporary and luxurious villa sleeps up to twelve guests, and has five bedrooms. It is situated on the coast-line in Seget Vranjica, in the region of Dalmatia, Croatia. It boasts striking sea-views from the garden, which is abundant with shrubbery.
There is a private swimming pool outside with Roman steps access, perfect for cooling off in after a warm summers day, and there is also plenty of comfortable garden furniture for lounging on. Furthermore, there is an outdoor fireplace, barbecue, and dining table ideal for those who enjoy eating al fresco!
The interior is equally gorgeous, and the villa consists of four-storeys. The ground floor is fantastic for socialising and entertaining as it has a sauna and table tennis area.
Moving on from this, the first floor has a dining area with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen which is great for those who enjoy cooking, especially as there is a local supermarket nearby where guests can stock up on food and drinks for the villa.
There is also a spacious living room with a LCD television which is perfect for those evenings where guests may just want to relax. Furthermore, there are two luxurious and exclusive suites each equipped with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and double bed, ensuring that guests will have their own privacy if they want it!
The second floor has two en-suite bedrooms each boasting their own unique and stunning character. Additionally, there is an attic with a stunning separate suite equipped with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It is impossible not to feel at home in this property!
This villa is in a privileged location, it is nearby to local amenities, such as, restaurants, beaches, pubs, supermarkets, and it is also 11km from Split airport which means that the airport transfer could not be any easier.
The villa is 6km from the town of Trojir which is a culturally rich town popular for its good night-life and historic sites, such as, the UNESCO protected medieval city centre and The St. Lawrence Cathedral, so remember to bring a camera!
Also, there are regular buses and boats departing to Trojir so it is very accessible.
What you should know…
- The outdoor swimming pool has Roman steps, this is an advantage for somebody older who may struggle getting into the pool, as this provides a very easy way for them to get in
- The villa is child-friendly and offers a free baby chair and cot on request

About the surrounding area of Villa VrsineSeget Vranjica is a small and quiet tourist resort characterized by beautiful sandy beaches, delicious sea-food restaurants, and wine cellars.
There are also several islands nearby, such as, the small port-town Rogoznica and the island town Primiiosten which is surrounded by seven smaller islands, and these destinations are ideal if you enjoy taking one-day excursions.
Seget Vranjica is also extremely close to the area of Trogir. Trogir is a culturally rich town popular for its fun night-life and historical sites, such as, the UNESCO protected medieval city centre which is a well-preserved Romanesque-Gothic town on an island and worth a visit, and another unmissable sight is The St.
Lawrence Cathedral in Trojir abundant with beautiful architecture. Furthermore, Split airport is located just outside of Trojir so getting to Seget Vranjica really could not be any easier!
