Villas in Croatia

Croatia Villa Holidays

Croatia combines historic cities, island-dotted coastline and national parks with some of the clearest water in the Adriatic. Dubrovnik’s medieval walls and Split’s Roman heritage are obvious highlights, while Istria offers hill towns, vineyards and a strong Italian influence further north. Along the Dalmatian Coast, small harbours, pine-backed beaches and islands such as Hvar and Brač make it easy to combine sightseeing with time by the sea.

Our collection includes family-friendly villas in Croatia and villas with pools, with homes close to beaches, historic towns and quieter stretches of coast.

Why Visit Croatia?

Croatia is particularly good at combining time by the sea with sightseeing. On the Dalmatian Coast, you can explore Split’s Roman centre, visit Šibenik and head into Krka National Park without travelling huge distances. Dubrovnik has its medieval walls and limestone Old Town, with beaches and boat trips close by.

The islands offer a different experience. Hvar combines historic towns, vineyards and a lively restaurant scene, while Brač is known for Zlatni Rat, white-stone villages and excellent swimming. Korčula has its own strong wine culture and a beautifully preserved old town.

Food changes as you travel too. Istria is known for truffles, olive oil and wine, while Dalmatian menus lean heavily on grilled fish, seafood and dishes such as peka. Add clear Adriatic water, national parks and plenty of outdoor space, and Croatia works particularly well for family villa holidays and groups.
