The villa itself is tucked away down a quiet side road, just a short drive away from the heart of Mahon, giving you and your guests an abundance of peace and quiet in which you can unwind. The exterior blends modern colourings of white and brown with traditional Canarian architecture to create a warm, welcoming retreat for sunseekers.

Inside, a very spacious lounge and diner await you, combining everything that makes a house a home in a single large open-plan space. Your fully-equipped kitchen provides all the modern amenities, equipment and space you’ll require for dishing up delightful treats, while the dining area creates a natural separation between the dining spaces and living spaces. Your family-style dining table is large, with ample seating for the residence’s guests.

Behind your dining area, a grand but homely living room invites your party to put their feet up and forget their troubles. Bright, comfortable furnishings surround a charming fireplace and TV, while exposed beams above give a pinch of rustic charm to the otherwise modern interior. The living space is surrounded by large windows and patio doors that open up onto a cosy balcony that’s perfect for soaking up the rays while enjoying a cocktail or two. Additional dining space is also available on the terrace, perfect for al fresco dining with your nearest and dearest.

Villa Patoli is split across two levels, with the main living space and one bedroom being on the entrance level, while five additional rooms are located on the lower level. The master bedroom, at the main level, is large with a double bed and its own private en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, each bedroom is of a good size and decorated well with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double. One room has a private en-suite bathroom, while the remaining four share two family-style bathrooms, each with a shower and bathtub.

At ground level, you’ll also find a smaller secondary living space complete with its own kitchenette, providing guests with lots of room to spread out and do their own thing while staying at Villa Patoli.

Outside, you’ll discover what makes Villa Patoli truly outstanding with its spacious terrace, bright leafy gardens and stunning views of the Mahon harbour. A spacious sun terrace provides direct access to your private swimming pool via a small set of steps, while comfortable sun loungers surround the pool for sunbathing and relaxation.

Villa Patoli has a most enviable location with unspoiled views of the harbour and sea beyond, perfect for an elegant-laid back escape in the sun.

Travelling to Villa Patoli is super easy as it’s only a ten-minute drive away from Menorca’s main airport, meaning you can be home and settled shortly after arriving on the island. While the villa is located on the Mahon harbour, it’s set back on the opposite side of the waterfront from Mahon’s centre. This setback location lets you and your guests enjoy uninterrupted peace and quiet just a stone’s throw away from Menorca’s capital.

The area around the villa itself is very quiet and remote, so you’ll have little to do within your immediate area; however, the centre of Mahon is just a ten-minute drive away. A car is advisable as the route is hilly in places and takes almost an hour to complete on foot.

Once in Mahon, you’ll be spoiled for choice with ample places to shop and explore. Basics like groceries and medical supplies are easily accessible, with plenty of supermarkets, mini-marts and pharmacies dotted around the city.

When venturing into Mahon, or Mao as it’s known locally, you’ll find that you’re only limited by your own imagination. The historic city boasts plenty of trendy cafes and seaside diners where you can whittle the hours away watching the boats come in and out of port. Or, you can explore the historic city’s many marketplaces and local boutiques. Discover delicious Menorcan cuisine in the city’s delightful restaurants, bringing to life that signature blend of Spanish and African influences that the Canaries are known for.

While staying at Villa Patoli, kids have the run of the house. They can even claim one of the two living rooms as ‘just for kids’, giving them a space that’s just their own when staying with their family and friends. Ample accommodation makes it easy for kids to buddy up with other residents close to their age, turning the holiday into a fun-filled sleepover.

For downtime, kids can watch one of the villa’s TVs or connect to the high-speed internet, letting them stream their favourite media on their personal devices or play video games online. When not enjoying some screen time, kids love having the freedom to splash and play in Villa Patoli’s private swimming pool. Security deposit €1000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday during peak season.

Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid locally in cash on arrival.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure).
Air conditioning only available in the living room and one of the bedrooms.
Other 2 A copy of the lead persons passport must be sent as soon as the deposit payment is made. If the lead person, at this stage, does not have a valid passport then an alternative person will need to be the lead person of the booking. The owner will not accept the booking unless he has a copy of a passport is submitted.
