Villa Bini Relax is an luxury retreat estate (with 300 acres 120 hectares) for visitors aiming at privacy and looking for unforgettable and accommodates up to 17 persons. The soft breeze from the ocean offers that feeling of being part of the environment, as you relax beneath a parasol in the shade; whether it’s in the morning having breakfast, lunch at midday or below the stairs at night.
It makes no difference whether you are simply relaxing or dining at the extensive 20 person table -with far-reaching views of the Binigaus Valley- serving yourself from the built-in barbecue at the protected pool house or from the outside stone oven both within reach of the terrace.
The decoration of the library, the television room, and the living room downstairs boasts an uncomplicated feeling of elegance. The kitchen is not far from the terrace, but even more convenient is the inside lounge table, with seating for 14 people, including 4 bar stools. The lounge table has excellent views of the terrace and the Binigaus Valley as well.
The bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed.
The King Suite - comprises a superior private area of about 60 m2 with hallucinating views over the swimming pool with air conditioning
The Queen Suite, spacious 35 m2 teak covered penthouse suite for 2 or 3 guests with ceiling fan
The Sjal Suite - The suite has views to the east, with flowerbeds in front of the guesthouse with ceiling fan
The Bovera Suite - It’s the perfect suite for two people who prefer a twin bedroom, perhaps by adding an extra bed with ceiling fan
The South Suite - The room is splendidly decorated and has its own open plan built-in bathroom, whose design fully respects the over one hundred-year-old boutique villa with ceiling fan
The Cousins Suite - The room is designed in order for younger children or teens, to have their own space; an area that comfortably sleeps up to five people in standard-sized bunk beds with ceiling fan
The Assistants Suite - The entrance to this room is functionally located through the kitchen area and has its own spacious en-suite bathroom and television set. Its decor goes along with the rest of the villa and there is also a ceiling fan.
Regardless of whether the house is at its maximum capacity or not, the living rooms are of such size that you never get the feeling of crowdedness. You can always find a corner somewhere with a tranquil atmosphere and optimal comfort.
With a never-ending its infinite view of the Binigaus Valley to the sea, the pool area is the crown jewel. The pool house has its own refrigerator and can be equipped with other amenities making it a lively focal point around the pool.
No other buildings are in sight of the slightly elevated teak deck, big enough for playing; organizing a cocktail get-together, or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere in the sun or below in the shade of some of the ancient pine trees.
The superb white sand beach is only accessible to the public by foot from Santo Tomas; the water is crystal-clear all year around with standards perfectly comparable to those of exotic beaches in the Pacific Ocean or the Caribbean. A paradisiacal 10-minute drive on the private back road, or a 15-minute walk, fills you with beauty, romance, history and above all, tranquility.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa Bini RelaxEs Migjorn Gran is a small municipality in southern Menorca in the Spanish Balearic Islands. Formerly incorporated into the municipality of Es Mercadal, it is now the island's newest and second-smallest municipal district. The main inland village of Es Migjorn Gran is surrounded by small pine-clad hills, and the coast is home to a small variety of tourist resorts and unspolit beaches, Santo Tomas being the principal resort. There are many 'calas' or coves that are encompassed by pine-covered cliffs along the coast, where there are small sandy beaches only accessible by foot or by sea, which mean they are very rarely busy.
Es Migjorn Gran borders the municipality of Ciutadella (Ciudadella), Ferreries (Ferrerías), Es Mercadal (Mercadal) and Alaior (Alayor).

THE REGION
Santo Tomas is situated in the municipality of es Migjorn Gran. It is just a stone's throw away from both Cala Galdana and Son Bou. This area has a very relaxing feel to the town, which feels more the way of a strip. It is ideal for couples and young families and has lots of entertainment at hotels and bars. There is plenty of activities for the kids too.
The town has a beautiful walk that surrounds the place and the beach of Santo Tomas. Undoubtedly, it's an excellent place to walk with the family. In addition, it has some children's parks, restaurants and pubs to enjoy a delicious cocktails.
Three beaches define Santo Tomas, San Adeodato beach, or Binicodrell, Sant Tomas beach, and Binigaus beach. This last one is the most famous as it used to be empty of people, and the turquoise waters are astonishing.
