The residence boasts three spacious bedrooms, two with king-size beds and one with twin beds, all featuring air conditioning and ample wardrobe space. The separate dining room, accessible by descending a couple of steps, opens up to the expansive terrace enveloping the 10mx4.5m tear-drop shaped swimming pool. Landscaped hedges and shrubs enhance the outdoor space, which includes chill-out seating, sunbathing areas, and a covered dining space. A small roof terrace, accessed via exterior stairs, offers distant sea views. Two modern shower rooms, complete with walk-in showers, toilets, and ample storage, provide convenience.

THE REGION

The quiet and idyllic resort of Binibeca is a very popular smaller resort on the beautiful south coast of Menorca and is a perfect choice for holidaymakers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. You will not find any skyline-destroying hotels or large holiday complexes here, most accommodations being in private villas and apartments.

Today, Binibeca stretches 3 km along the coast and includes the original ‘Binibèquer Vell’, or an old portion, as well as the new portion of ‘Binibèquer Nou’- a natural progression with many of the homes and villas in keeping with the original design. At the very eastern point of Binibeca, you will also find Cala Torret, a small village which feels separate but is actually part of it.

If you are looking to uncover more about the sapphire-blue waters of this region, a diving excursion is a real treat. Institutions such as Binibeca Diving offer a varied range of tours, including a series of daily dives. These tours give guests the opportunity to delve deep into the sea and discover a collection of beautiful marine wildlife. Each experience is accompanied by an in-depth safety briefing as well as essential equipment, ensuring that every guest feels comfortable and secure before they enter the water. Binibeca Diving is located just a short walk away from Binibeca beach, and tours last for around an hour and a half.
 
Illa de l’Aire lighthouse is a deeply significant landmark within Binibeca’s history and allows guests to learn more about this stunning region. This lighthouse is 53 metres above sea level and has an incredible nominal range of 18 miles. It was first constructed in 1860 and was the tallest lighthouse in the entirety of the Balearic Islands until it was beaten in 1977 by the Moscarter Lighthouse in Ibiza. The monument was used to draw sailors into the safety of this small island, making sure that they did not lose their way in the turbulent waves. In order to visit the Ill de l’Aire lighthouse, guests must embark on a small boat trip that departs from Punta Prima, which is just under 10-minutes away from the centre of Binibeca.
 
If you are looking to embark on a deeply extensive sightseeing tour, Cami de Cavalls is the perfect hiking trail to follow. This ancient path is 185km long and covers the perimeter of Menorca’s vast coast. This expansive tour is operated into a variety of stages, allowing guests to customise their journey to better suit them. Guests will also be able to visit a collection of iconic tourist locations such as Cala Galdana and Cala Marcarelleta. Although this may seem like an overwhelming experience, it is ideal if you are looking to explore this beautiful region in a more distinctive and immersive way.
