Overlooking the sea, Casa Sominina offers a beautiful, three-bedroom holiday home where you can rest and restore with your loved ones. Located in the quiet area of Binidali, this tranquil villa is a short walk from the small beach of Binidali cove, with white sands and transparent waters that transport you to a world of complete relaxation. After a dip in the sea, why not visit the Bar Som Sis for a cooling drink, before strolling back to the villa for an evening barbecue with your family – what more could you want?

Inside the villa, the main living area is open-plan, with beautiful furnishings, traditional features and bright openings that fill the space with light. Including a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare all of your favourite dishes, as well as a dining table and a cosy living room with an atmospheric fireplace.

The room blends traditional charms with homely comforts, creating a unique atmosphere and encouraging everyone to spend time together in one space, even when doing different things. The fireplace helps to keep the room comfortable at all times of year so that you can enjoy the picturesque island throughout the different seasons.

Throughout the rest of the villa, there are three spacious bedrooms, one with an en-suite and a further two that share a modern bathroom. Each of the rooms boasts a comfy double bed, storage for your belongings and access out to the terrace and garden area, so you stroll out into the sunshine from the moment you wake up.

Outside, the sparkling private swimming pool sits bordered by a large lawn, so you can stroll around barefoot, dipping into the pool to cool off from the midday heat. The terrace is furnished with comfy sun loungers, outdoor sofas and spacious dining areas where you can enjoy an al-fresco dinner each evening. Casa Sominina truly offers something for everyone, with the most challenging decision being who gets to rest in the hammock on the terrace!

The Balearic island of Menorca is the quieter, unspoilt version of its big sisters Majorca and Ibiza.

Just a short walk away, Binidali is a small village in the south-eastern corner of Menorca. It provides a wonderful escape from the more crowded, resort-filled areas of the island. The coastal areas around here have an abundance of small inlets with clear turquoise waters where you can enjoy a swim or simply soak up the sun. Just a 5-minute drive away is the village of Sant Climent providing access to more shops, restaurants and essential amenities.

THE REGION

The quiet and idyllic resort of Binibeca is a very popular smaller resort on the beautiful south coast of Menorca and is a perfect choice for holidaymakers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. You will not find any skyline-destroying hotels or large holiday complexes here, most accommodations being in private villas and apartments.

Today, Binibeca stretches 3 km along the coast and includes the original ‘Binibèquer Vell’, or an old portion, as well as the new portion of ‘Binibèquer Nou’- a natural progression with many of the homes and villas in keeping with the original design. At the very eastern point of Binibeca, you will also find Cala Torret, a small village which feels separate but is actually part of it.
