Welcome to this breathtaking villa, spanning an impressive 600 m2 over two floors and situated on a generous 2,100 m2 plot. This villa is equipped to accommodate up to 10 people, boasting five double en-suite bedrooms with spacious closets for your convenience. Throughout the house, you'll find WIFI and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay.

Ground Floor: The grandeur of the villa greets you as you enter the large 90-square-meter living room, which features a dining area and a rest area complete with a TV. Prepare culinary delights in the spacious kitchen, equipped with a central island and furnished with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and an American fridge-freezer. A separate laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board adds practicality to your stay, and an outdoor clothesline is also available. On this level, you'll find a double bedroom with 90 beds and an en-suite bathroom specifically designed for disabled access. Another double bedroom with a 160 bed and en-suite bathroom is suitable for use as a service area. A courtesy toilet completes the ground floor.

First Floor: Venturing to the first floor, you'll find three stunning bedrooms, each offering unique features. The first is a spacious 45-square-meter suite with two 90-inch beds, a seating area, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom. This suite boasts mesmerizing sea views and grants access to a solarium terrace. Another double bedroom with two 90 beds and an en-suite bathroom also enjoys sea views and has access to a solarium terrace. The third double bedroom features a 160 bed, an en-suite bathroom and offers views of the reserve. It, too, has access to a solarium terrace.

Outdoor Area: The outdoor area of this villa is truly spectacular, featuring a private pool and a lush grass meadow. Relax on sun loungers, soak up the sun, and revel in the tranquil atmosphere. The porch area is equipped with comfortable furniture, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and rest. An outdoor dining room furnished with a table and ten chairs allows you to savour delicious meals al fresco.

Additional Features: For your convenience, the villa offers a covered garage with space for two vehicles, as well as an outdoor pergola that can accommodate an additional two vehicles. An American fridge and a barbecue are also available, adding to the villa's amenities.

THE REGION

The quiet and idyllic resort of Binibeca is a very popular smaller resort on the beautiful south coast of Menorca and is a perfect choice for holidaymakers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. You will not find any skyline-destroying hotels or large holiday complexes here, most accommodations being in private villas and apartments.

Today, Binibeca stretches 3 km along the coast and includes the original ‘Binibèquer Vell’, or an old portion, as well as the new portion of ‘Binibèquer Nou’- a natural progression with many of the homes and villas in keeping with the original design. At the very eastern point of Binibeca, you will also find Cala Torret, a small village which feels separate but is actually part of it.

Security deposit €1,200 paid via credit card to the local property manager before arrival. The local property manager will contact you via email to request the credit card details to place a hold on the credit card. This amount will be released 7 days after departure.
