Welcome to this truly spectacular villa, boasting an impressive 850 m2 of living space divided into three independent modules, all on one floor. Situated on a spacious 2,300 m2 plot in a quiet residential area, this villa offers privacy and tranquillity. Equipped to accommodate up to 14 people, it features 5 double en-suite bedrooms with large wardrobes and sea views, a double bedroom with sea views, and one double en-suite bedroom suitable for service. Throughout the entire house, you'll enjoy the convenience of WIFI and the comfort of air conditioning.

The main module of the villa includes a 60 m2 garage with space for two cars. A laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron, while an outdoor clothesline provides added convenience. The spacious living room, covering 70 square meters, is divided into a dining area and a seating area with a TV. This area opens up to the garden and pool, allowing for a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The large, fully equipped kitchen features modern amenities, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, glass blender, toaster, and an American fridge. Two bedrooms are situated in the main module: a double room with a 160cm bed, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom, with direct access to the pool and garden, offering captivating sea views; and a double room with two 90 beds, also with direct access to the pool and garden, and sea views. Additionally, there is a double room with two 90 beds and an en-suite bathroom, suitable for service purposes. A courtesy toilet completes this module.

The indoor module of the villa comprises two double bedrooms, each featuring two 90 beds, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom. These bedrooms offer partial sea views and have direct access to the garden and pool. The module also includes a comfortable living room with a TV and a kitchenette equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Direct access to the garden and pool enhances the convenience and enjoyment of this module. The independent entrance of the annexe of the house is located within this module.

The outdoor module of the villa features two double bedrooms, each boasting two 90 beds, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom. These bedrooms also offer partial sea views and have direct access to the garden and pool. A living room/distributor with a TV serves as a central gathering space and provides direct access to the garden and pool. The independent entrance of the annexe of the house is located within this module.

The outdoor area of this villa is truly spectacular, featuring a private pool, a built-in jacuzzi, and a large lawn. Relax on the sun loungers, soak up the sun, and enjoy the refreshing water. The porch area is equipped with comfortable furniture, providing an ideal spot for relaxation and rest. An outdoor dining room, complete with a table and 12 chairs, allows for delightful alfresco meals.

THE REGION

The quiet and idyllic resort of Binibeca is a very popular smaller resort on the beautiful south coast of Menorca and is a perfect choice for holidaymakers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. You will not find any skyline-destroying hotels or large holiday complexes here, most accommodations being in private villas and apartments.

Today, Binibeca stretches 3 km along the coast and includes the original ‘Binibèquer Vell’, or an old portion, as well as the new portion of ‘Binibèquer Nou’- a natural progression with many of the homes and villas in keeping with the original design. At the very eastern point of Binibeca, you will also find Cala Torret, a small village which feels separate but is actually part of it.

A holiday on Menorca is a fantastic choice for families travelling with children - there's plenty to child-friendly activities and beaches aplenty. Older children could stay in their own annexe in this villa, and the pool is bound to be a big hit with kids of all ages. There are plenty of spaces to enjoy the sunshine and a lawn for kids to play on.

Binibeca Beach is just 500m away - perfect for a family day out. Water babies will adore swimming in the sea and strolling along the fine white sand. They can try out snorkelling and kayaking - or simply enjoy relaxing on the beach! Other coves like Cala d'Algaiarens are family-friendly, and kids will love exploring the cave, though Cala Escorxada might prove a bit too tiring for little legs to reach.

Kids are also bound to enjoy the boat trip from Mao harbour. Many boats have glass bottoms or viewing chambers, so kids can observe the marine life and exotic fish beneath the sea. Close to the villa, there is the largest aqua park on Menorca, Splash Sur. There's something for children of all ages here - mini thrillseekers will love the Kamikaze ride or the black hole drop. Little ones can play in their own shallow activity pool, complete with water jets, fountains and gentler slides. There's a pirate ship with spraying water cannons, and they'll love bobbing along the lazy river in a rubber ring.

Horse riding is a popular pastime for locals - the coastal path around the island is called Camide Cavalls, meaning 'Way of the Horses'. Children can get try riding on a horseback trail, visit the indigenous Menorquin horses or take a pony ride at a stable. Those who love wildlife should also visit the Jeep Safari, as they will be able to learn so much from the local guides.

Just 10 minutes from the Mahon is the Lloc de Menorca Zoo, which showcases species native to the island and also from overseas. There is a Lemur Forest and reptiles, fish and birds from around the world. There are several areas where children can interact with and hold animals.

    My wife family and I recently stayed for a week at Binibeca Bellini in Binibeca Menorca.
    Our experience was fantastic -the Villa was superb,the location perfect and the service from Veronica who was on hand for any requests we had has to be seriously complimented.
    She even drove us to the airport when our transfer did not turn up.
    We could not have asked for more and as such a big big thank you to Olivers travels-we will be going back next year!
