This superb property is located adjacent to the Canyamel golf course which is situated in the North-East of the island. Contemporary fittings, striking artwork and idiosyncratic pieces of furniture form an interior that is both chic and easy to live in.

Comfortably furnished and very well-appointed, the interior abounds with imaginative decorative touches courtesy of the property owner. Worthy of an interior design magazine, the kitchen boasts sleek lines whilst the large bathrooms have warmer natural tones. Modern features can be found throughout: from the designer chaise lounge to the modern exterior fireplace for the cooler months.

The accommodation is arranged over two levels, which duly enhances privacy options for sharing parties. Comfortable, modern and spacious the interior includes three double bedrooms, on the first floor, and all double's with large en-suite bathrooms.

There is a possibility to request an extra single bed which can be placed in the master bedroom double bedroom closet area. The living/dining room and high-quality modern mahogany kitchen flow seamlessly onto the terrace, which has been designed for outdoor living. Dedicated dining and seating areas overlook the pool area, but privacy and views can also be acquired from the upstairs spacious balcony area seen through contemporary glass panels.

The swimming pool, which is partially surrounded by glass panels with retractable cover, sits comfortably adjacent to the terrace area, surrounded by lawn and lush foliage.

Villa Jade Golf can also be booked along with its sister villa, Villa Ruby Golf, which is located adjacent and also has three bedrooms. Perfect for families or large groups wishing to holiday together but maintain their independence and privacy. Both properties have large garages which supply ample spaces for numerous cars.

Canyamel (Sugar Cane )used to be grown in this part of Mallorca during the 18th century and this where the name Canyamel is derived from which refers to sugar cane and honey in ancient Latin. It is still referred to today by British ex-pats as ‘Caramel’ or ‘Caramelo’ in Spanish.

There is an influx of freshwater to the beach via the ‘Torrente de Canyamel’ river which runs 8-kilometres from the nearby ancient town of Arta. This river also runs to the small lake of ‘s’Estanyi de sa Torre’ which was given to the people of Canyamel in 1446 by King Juan II of Aragon. Like many coastal towns in Mallorca, Canyamel has a history of fending off pirate attacks.

Villa Jade Golf is located just 400 metres from the prestigious Hyatt Country Sports Club and only 1.8 km from the local town of Canyamel where you will find all the amenities and the local beach. The property is well situated for all other areas in the north and eastern parts of the island which have so many amazing towns to offer.

Moreover, the towns and villages in the northeast of Majorca are pleasantly surprising for the warmth of their inhabitants and their past history, that is today present in its architecture, its culture and its traditions. The Levante Nature Park, in Artà, is the perfect destination for all lovers of nature. It extends over 1,671 hectares of mountain, unspoilt beaches and huge cliffs populated by native flora and fauna.

In Canyamel and in the surrounding municipalities there are weekly markets where you can find local produce and traditional handicrafts. These include the markets in Manacor (Monday), Artà (Tuesday), Capdepera (Wedneday), Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (Thursday) and Son Servera (Friday). Also, the coastal resort of Canyamel offers its visitors the chance to enjoy the island’s culture, leisure and good weather throughout the entire year.

Security deposit €1000 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
