This villa is spectacular, it is surrounded by fields and has spectacular views in the countryside of Muro. These, as well as the facilities on offer, make this villa the perfect holiday home for you.

The property has comfortable and tranquil decorations and colours throughout the villa, tying each room together. The property was renovated in 2014, and it shows throughout, from the gorgeous exterior work and then decisions made inside.

The open plan living/dining room has a feature stone wall, and then a warm colour pallet that spreads beyond the main living room into the rest of the villa. The kitchen is an open plan attached to the living/dining room – it’s a beautiful traditionally decorated kitchen with exposed beams.

Additionally, they are equipped with all the modern necessities, so you won’t struggle to create beautiful dishes for the whole family to enjoy.
The living room has a set of beautiful wooden double doors that open out onto the patio. When you exit the villa, you’re greeted by the beautiful countryside of Menorca.

It’s breath-taking, and you can enjoy the view while sunbathing on the patio, or swimming in your private pool. The garden and patio area are fenced in, so any children can run around, and still be safe. There is also a beautiful terrace, with patio furniture and a barbeque for you to use, so you can have outside grills and eat outside in the Spanish air!

The bedrooms are a mixture of double bedrooms, as well as a single room with two single beds in. All of the rooms have fans in so you can cool down if you find yourself in need of a cooler night.

The bedrooms have the same exposed beams, giving them a traditional feel to them. The bathrooms are equipped with showers are there are two of them so that you won’t find anyone fighting for a turn in the shower.

The villa is situated in the countryside of Muro, in Sa Pobla. Muro is a small municipal in Mallorca, in the North-east. It’s a small but beautiful town. With a car you have so much around you to do – whether it’s a trip into Muro or a drive up north towards Alcudia and Pollenca, and then to the east is Inca.

There is no shortage of beautiful places to visit in Menorca, whether you want attractions, food, shopping or spas, there are countless things for you to do if you’re able to or willing to travel.

You have the hydro park in Alcudia, perfect for the kids and the big kids in you, the shops, small local cafés and restaurants. In Pollenca, you can find plenty of history waiting for you!

From the Calvari steps to the Roman ruins and hints throughout the town and of course the world heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains. The famous Inca market waits for you in Inca as well as the Bodegas Munar where people fall in love with the wine and the food on offer!

THE REGION

Sa Pobla is a small municipality with around 12,000 inhabitants, which is situated in the centre of Mallorca, between Inca and Alcúdia. Sa Pobla is known for its agriculture and the humble potato, in particular, gets a lot of attention here as it is exported to many countries and a festival is even held in its honour each year.

The town of Sa Pobla is partly on the Albufera nature reserve (Parc natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca), a protected wetland area. The nature reserve is particularly good for bird watching as well as hikes and walks.

    Quiet, located in the middle of orange plantations and yet close to the action! Everything is TOP maintained, the equipment is great, nothing was missing. Even bath towels for the pool area were available. Wonderful garden with well-kept garden furniture and loving details. Absolutely worth mentioning is the exceptional hospitality of the owners. We were always supplied with fresh oranges, lemons and avocados, as well as other sweet treats. A successful vacation!

    Here is offered what is promised !!! The finca gorgeous, super clean, nicely decorated, great location. The owners are friendly, accommodating and very fond of children !!! The pool was big and clean.

    Time out ~ the sun attracted us to LIVE outdoors, the "own" pool provided the cooling. The finca with beautiful ambience contributes to the full relaxation. A big thank you to the landlords, they contribute with their loving care of the "care". The offer corresponds perfectly to the description of Interhome. We are very happy to recommend this and look forward to the next vacation on the finca!

    We had a wonderful vacation in a world class cottage. 6 adults and 3 children (1 year, 2 years & 4 years). The house was very very clean and had everything you need. The pool and the area around the house were clean and tidy. We did not want for anything. It is a bit out of the way and to find it was not easy but with sat nav and cell phone it was not so hard.
