It is a great privilege to include this magnificent 4-bedroom villa in our Mallorca portfolio. Villa Jueus located in the Mallorcan countryside, amidst the Cala Sant Vincent mountains, is surrounded by lush trees, craggy stone walls and terraces. Just a short walk from the amenities of the Cala Sant Vincent and a 10-minute drive from Puerto Pollensa, this spacious villa combines style with a modern chic design and with its rural location is a lovely base for a memorable holiday. Thoughtfully designed, the owner has decorated the property fully respecting its authentic charm and traditional lines.

Entrance is directly into the hall and cloakroom area with WC and leads onto the lounge with comfortable sofas and grandfather clock, L shaped fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and separate dining room with typical Mallorcan stone fireplace.

Bedroom furnishings are eye-catching, which include local fabrics and an eclectic selection of artwork, comfortably appointed and individually air-conditioned. On the ground floor, you will find one twin bedroom and on the first floor 3 further bedrooms; Master bedroom has built-in wardrobes with ensuite bathroom and doors leading to an upper terrace area. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room and balcony access also a twin bedroom with ensuite and access to the upper balcony. A further shower room is located on this floor for communal use.

This spacious garden surrounds the sun terraces and average size swimming pool with roman steps, providing oodles of space for younger family members to play. The ample stone sun terrace sits to one side of the property with a covered dining terrace with comfortable exterior wicker sofas on the other. Parasols and sunbeds are located around the swimming pool and a small table and chairs also for convenience.
 
 The surrounding views are remarkable and from most windows throughout the property. There is a pastoral landscape to be enjoyed, a scenic panorama to which even our best efforts at capturing in these accompanying photos cannot do it justice.

For a little change of pace, the hustle and bustle of everyday life lie just around the corner in Puerto Pollensa. For fresh produce such as cheese and fruit, a visit to the local town market in Pollensa is a must. A typical Spanish ‘menu del dia’ is also available in the town is a great value. The vibrant atmosphere, rich history, noted gastronomy is offered in both Pollensa and Puerto Pollenca which are just stone's throw from the villa.

Nestled on the far north-west coast, Cala Sant Vincent is part of the municipal district of Pollensa and is approximately half-way between the town of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Originally a fishing village, the town of Cala Sant Vicent has several small bays with rugged and dramatic rocks and cliffs.

The main attraction here is the tranquillity and the selection of small beaches. The resort is divided into two parts by a rocky outcrop that protrudes between the beaches of Cala Barques and Cala Molins. The village is built on steep hillsides and so is on different levels; therefore, there is some up/downhill walking, so a car is recommended.

Pollensa (7km) is a local town situated in the north part of the island and just 7km from the Cala Sant Vincent. It lies inland and is 7km from Puerto Pollensa, which is where you will find a beautiful sandy beach and beach bars.  Cycling and water sports of all kinds are popular in the area; in fact, you will find a windsurf school directly on the beach as you approach from Alcudia (15.6km).

THE REGION

Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.

The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. The garden area is a wonderful place to enjoy hours of relaxation and fun as the kids play in the sublime swimming pool.

Cala Sant Vincent – try to stand up paddle surfing for all the family and all levels.

 Alcudia and Port de Pollensa are natural family-pleasers, with giant bays ideal for long sandy days on the beach. The Alcudia Hidropark with slides and fun features is perfect for a day out for all the family. Gentle bike rides in the Parc Natural de S’Albufera and also birdwatching expeditions are available. There are lots of activities for teens, including kayaking to spooky caving.

Puerto Pollensa beach - within the sheltered bay beginners can enjoy safe windsurfing. Whilst further out, stronger wind and waves bring more challenging excitement suited for advanced and experienced surfers.

Security deposit £200 payable by credit or debit card before the arrival and to be refunded in full subject to a damage inspection on departure

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Pool towels available at an extra cost of €7.50 per person per stay to be paid with the balance.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.

Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
