This is a beautiful villa on one level on the outskirts of the stunning old town of Pollença on the Puig de Maria hill, with striking views of the mountains. The surrounding greenery adds to the tranquil atmosphere given off by the whole area.
The villa is beautifully kept and maintained which shows throughout the house. The exterior of the property is a stunning and tranquil picture, with a private pool for your use. This inviting luxury has roman steps and mosaic tiles and is surrounded by sun loungers.
It is the perfect spot to gather your family and guests and relax and spend time together on vacation. As well as a built-in barbeque area next to it with dining tables and chairs, making this the ideal location for dining with the family and your guests under the sun and stars.
This small villa offers everything you need to recuperate in absolute comfort, the interior of the property is decorated merely and traditionally with white walls, beautifully exposed beams ceilings and lovely furnishings. There is a living/ dining room which has some of the home comforts you may miss while away on holiday, a television a DVD player and a stereo.
Along with the cosy sofas, you’ll find that this will be an excellent place for you to relax with everyone and talk about either the experiences of your day or what you’ve got planned. The kitchen is fully equipped with what you’ll need to prepare culinary delights to enjoy together unless the barbeque outside seems to be more of a holiday activity than cooking!
There are three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a single. These rooms continue the simplicity that the rest of the house exhibits. They radiate tranquillity and peace; they’re going to be the best location for a beautiful night’s sleep gearing up for the holiday agenda you have planned.
These rooms have air conditioning to help with the heat. The villa has a focus on being a warm and inviting place to be. Inside there is a bathroom with a bath and shower, offering an ideal location for a spa evening at the end of the night. There is also an outside bathroom with shower and toilet.
What you should know…
- There are facilities for babies at Villa Ensiador, with cribs /cots available
- Though a lawn surrounds the pool, there is no fence around the pool – kids should be supervised
- In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa EnsiadorPollença is an alluring town, at the base of the Tramuntana mountains, which is the largest natural reserve on the island, well known for its beauty and scenery. It was recently declared a World Heritage site, and the mountain range offers spectacular views and is a beautiful destination for hikers, cyclists and even bird watchers.
Pollença is also rich in history with the famous Calvari steps which are a 365-step stairway that leads up to the chapel on the top of the hill known as Calvary. It is also home to a Romanesque 19th-century bridge that is shrouded in mystery, as no one knows for sure its origin.
Nearby you have Alcudia which is one of the most visited destinations in Mallorca, with its history, charm and gothic revival architecture. It has plenty of magnificent, scenic sandy beaches for you to explore stretching several kilometres giving your party ample space to explore, some even offer great places to snorkel (not all of the beaches that can provide this activity will have the equipment to hire).
For the families or the kids at heart, there are the Alcudia Hidropark with a water golf course, water slides and pools. You may also pursue the streets of Alcudia for their open-air street markets and sample the food they have to offer.
There is so much to explore, experience and take in as you visit the nearby towns, there indeed is something for everyone in this historic and stunningly beautiful part of Spain.

THE REGION
Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.
The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Here we provide all the information you want to know to make the most of this relaxed yet culturally satisfying inland town.

There is also a private pool, and although there is no fencing around the pool, it’ll be easy to supervise the kids playing in the pool with all the available seating outside.
This part of Pollença also offers beautiful opportunities for walks through the town and mountains, as well as the sandy beaches that will be great for family days out.

The outdoor area and the pool was fabulous. The agent was efficient in sorting out several problems that we had with the accommodation during our stay.

Fantastic Villa with a beautiful pool and peaceful surrounding
The pool and area around it where excellent-clean and well thought out. Shade was provided by the terrace and the garden got shade in different places throughout the day. The villa itself was clean and well equipped and ideal for our family of four. Although you could occasionally hear a little noise from other villas, you couldn't see another building from the garden which is totally private making it easy to relax.
