On Mallorca’s northern coast, between Pollença and Port de Pollença, the magnificent Villa Danielita enjoys idyllic surroundings, the countryside around it filled with olive groves, vineyards and orange trees. The house sits beside a showstopping rectangular pool with a spacious terrace and lies just 10 minutes’ drive from the Pollença golf club.

Whatever you want to do during your stay on Mallorca, Villa Danielita is the ideal base. The location is peaceful as well as beautiful, making your days spent lazing on a poolside sun lounger all the more enjoyable. A covered terrace area with a barbecue adds the option of evenings in the sun with dinner and drinks.

You will find a spacious living area inside the house, with large, comfy sofas, fireplace and satellite TV, as well as an elegant dining area with an artistic edge and direct access outside. The covered terrace has another large dining table and chairs, and a lounge area to retreat to after your meal.

Three double bedrooms are joined by a twin bedroom, ideal for children, and there are two bathrooms. Wi-Fi and parking are also available at Villa Danielita.

The impressive 12m x 6m pool is great for swimmers and those who want to chill, while the nearby Pollença golf club enjoys some of the most spectacular scenery of any course in the region. The area is perfect for walking and cycling too, with dramatic coastline and the stunning regions of natural beauty.

Pollença’s position is at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, and its pretty streets are lined with shops and bars which make it a pleasing place to hang out in. On Sundays, an excellent street market takes place on the Plaça Mayor, Pollença’s main square.

Neighbouring Port de Pollença is a must-see destination in itself, with long, sandy beaches, harbourside cafés and striking sunsets contributing to its considerable allure.

Pollença is an attractive town in northeast Mallorca, in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains. With beautiful architecture to appreciate, such as the Calvari steps, the city is rich in history. Among its highlights are the ‘Pont Romà’, an ancient Roman bridge, the Mare de Deu dels Angels church with its famous rose window, and the Convent de Sant Domingo.

The neighbouring Port de Pollença lies to the north and has one of the area’s best beaches, with numerous bars and restaurants to explore in the vicinity. Puerto de Pollença also offers water-sports, a water park for children, and a golf course can also be found just outside the town.

Also to the north of Pollença is Cala Sant Vicenç, one of Mallorca’s smaller resorts, and home to three beaches: Cala Molins, Cala Barques and Cala Clara. The landscape is dramatic and hilly, with rugged cliffs and rocks, and its popularity with visitors has seen it develop some excellent restaurants, tapas bars and useful amenities.

Further down the coast, Alcúdia has a large marina, serving as a boarding point for boat trips to Menorca and the Spanish mainland. The town is considered one of the most attractive in the area, so don’t miss out on seeing its historic centre, visiting the open-air market or seeing Spain’s smallest Roman amphitheatre.

Many beautiful places can be found in the areas further inland, such as the Natural Park S’Albufera, the largest of its kind in the Balearics. Pollença is easily accessible, with Palma de Mallorca Airport around 60km away.

THE REGION

Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.

The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. The whole family will be charmed by Villa Danielita, with its luxurious swimming pool just one of the treats that awaits them. It’s great for meals in the sunshine with its spacious terraces and outdoor dining areas, and there’s entertainment inside with satellite TV and WI-Fi.

The local area is ideal for those who want to get a bit more active, with invigorating coastal walks and cycling terrain that even the pros are challenged by. The island is excellent for horse-riding and water-sports, and for beach life, it’s pretty unbeatable too, with the golden sands of Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç well worth seeking out.

At around 12km away, it’s easy to head for Alcúdia, home of the Hidropark – this water park is full of rides that all ages will enjoy. On the other side of the island, it’s a bit of a drive to La Reserva Puig de Galatzó, but this stunning nature park has it all, from caves and waterfalls to bears, ducks, deer and more, plus zip-wire adventures, rock climbing and a children’s playground.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit Credit card details are required 2 weeks prior to departure for pre-authorisation.
Arrival time 3.00 pm.
Departure time 10.00 am.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
Minimum stay Between 2-5 nights in the off season and 7 nights during peak season. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking and vaping are not permitted.
Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior to arrival with the second payment.
Insurance Guests are required to be in posession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs - Children welcome by request.
- A half-day rate will be charged for late check-out until 3.00 pm, after this time, a full night rate will apply.
- A baby cot is available free of charge.
- Check out is not permitted on the the 24th, 25th and 31st December or the 1st January.

    Beautiful property, completely secluded, super quiet and TONS of space. Was great with kids between the pool, beach volleyball court and plenty of space to run around. Also by far the nicest and most comfortable beds I’ve had in a vacation rental, slept like a baby!!
