Whether you’re with family or friends at this modern villa in Mallorca, everyone will discover something wonderful. Located only 2.3 km from the beach, water babies will be thrilled (even if they opt to stay by the private pool, or unwind in the Jacuzzi.)
Here there’s room for all to spread out and find that perfect holiday moment - lounging beneath the arbor, cooking your local produce in the updated kitchen, or retreating to rest in a luxe bedroom suite.
Mallorca isn’t just another beach holiday - there’s more on offer than you might imagine. Climb the winding, cobbled streets of Pollença (4.4. km) for a bird’s eye view of the terrain.
You’ll notice the mountains, where you can climb, zipline, or cave. Have a meal overlooking the bay in Puerto Pollença (7 km) - like the Michelin-recommended Stay.
Oenophiles will have tons to do - Mallorca is an undiscovered gem of Spain’s wine industry. Some of the grapes here are unique to the island. Nowhere else will you taste Callet or Manto Negro.
Mallorcan wine has good value too - so be sure to bring an extra bottle home for the happy crowd at Puerto Ponenta.
What you should know…
- The outdoor Jacuzzi (beside the pool) isn’t heated
- Air Conditioning is running from 2pm to 4pm & from 8pm to 8am
- In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August

About the surrounding area of Puerto PonenteThe property is located close to the beautiful bay of Puerto Pollensa, and a short drive to the historic town of Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
Puerto Pollensa has a wonderful long sand beach, perfect for families due to the shallow waters there. Cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops and bars line the beach, along with water sport facilities.
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain's finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church.
Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them. However, the climb is worth it and the views definitely do not disappoint.

Port de Pollensa, or ‘Puerto Pollensa’ as it is sometimes spelt, is a resort particularly popular with the British – for holidays and as a second home location – and offers good facilities, beaches, and excellent opportunities for water sports.

Best Suited For: All AgesPuerto Ponente makes an excellent choice for families travelling with children who are bound to enjoy splashing around in the private pool. For the little ones, the first cot and highchair are included in the rental price.
The villa is a lovely place for kids to hang out - teenagers and older children will love having their own space, while children of all ages will love swimming in the pool. The outdoors area all good to run around and play, will ensure many fun evenings!
The Puerto Pollenca area has everything you need to entertain both younger and older children, with water sports at the beach, as well as kid friendly restaurants and activates in the town.
Just a few minutes away by car is Paintball Fantasy Mallorca Park, set within a stunning oak forest. Suitable for children aged 8 and up, it’s a great place to enjoy a fun-filled family day out.
You can even play adults versus children for an extra dose of competition! Instructors are available for advice and help as you navigate your way around a series of wood buildings and shelters, all while wearing protective gear and armed with a paintball gun.
