As you approach the exterior of this property, you will be blown away by the luscious garden that covers most of the outdoor grounds. In turn, this is an excellent space for guests to play games and spend quality time together. This property also has a beautiful swimming pool, allowing guests to cool off and unwind after a hectic day in the blazing sun. Guests can also enjoy a selection of remarkable outdoor terraces, meaning they are free to kick back and relax as they take in the awe-inspiring views surrounding them.

This property has a lovely and contemporary interior, ensuring that guests can enjoy every element of this delightful holiday home. The living room sports a pair of pure white sofas with some comfortable throw cushions for added luxury. As a result, guests are free to use this space to recharge their batteries as they observe the ornate furnishings that accentuate this space. The dining area is roomy and has a large wooden table and eight dark metal chairs. As such, guests can use this space to its fullest potential, delving into their daily meals as they continue to form cherished memories together as a group. The kitchen within this property is very bright and airy and is well equipped, making it the dream kitchen. Thus, guests will have access to everything they need to prepare and serve an abundance of meals that the whole family will love.

The lower ground floor comprises the first and second bedrooms, which contain luxurious double beds and ensuite bathrooms. Travelling up to the first floor, this is where you’ll uncover the remaining three bedrooms. These bedrooms contain double beds and ensuite bathrooms, ensuring everyone sleeps in luxury.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the property and must be confined to the terraces or pool area. We have to insist that at no time should you forget that you are in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, which is a World Heritage Site and protected area. Fires are easily started if you fail to take necessary precautions, and due to the climate, they spread extremely quickly, damaging property, wildlife and even taking lives. We ask you to kindly have this in mind at all times.

Finca Montesion is located around 15 minutes from the centre of Pollensa, a region full of charm and charisma. For those travelling to this area in November, you must take the time to explore La Fira. This authentic trade fair has been a key part of the local culture since 1748, showcasing its influence over the native customs seen today. Guests are encouraged to explore every aspect of this festival, browsing through many stalls and purchasing woven goods such as bags and hats. This is a fantastic attraction for anyone looking to delve deeper into this region's alluring past. La Fira usually takes place on the second Sunday in November until the following Tuesday.

Alzinaret Caves are a genuinely fascinating landmark and can be found around 20 minutes away from Finca Montesion. These caves were first discovered by British archaeologist Wilfred Hemp in 1927, but experts believe that these structures date back to 1600 BC. Thus, guests are free to explore these immense attractions at their own pace, marvelling at an array of artefacts from the Middle Bronze Age as they travel through. As such, this is an ideal landmark to visit if you are eager to explore this region from an entirely new perspective. For guests who are uncomfortable travelling inside, a collection of benches can be found outside the structures.

Pollensa Museum is a deeply popular attraction and is best recognised for hosting the impeccable works of Attilio Boveri. Despite its current influence over the European contemporary art scene, it was once used as a storage unit for a wealth of ornate Gothic altarpieces. These items were incredibly well regarded and even received praise at the affluent Summer Exhibition of Painting in the 1960s. This establishment is known for its diverse portfolio of works and has become a significant cultural monument throughout this area. A bonus is that it is free to enter for all guests, making it an unmissable attraction for those travelling on a budget. Pollensa Museum is based just 10 minutes away from the villa.

Pollensa also presents a striking collection of child-friendly attractions, making this a suitable holiday destination for the whole family. The Joan March Gardens is an impeccable attraction that can be found just over 10 minutes away from the villa. These grounds were first curated during the late 1980s to help celebrate the eldest son of the March family, who is best recognised for transforming this quaint town into a bustling hub of economic activity. A key aspect of this attraction is the wide variety of horticulture, particularly the rich collection of slim cypress trees, which can also be found on the town's traditional coat of arms. As such, this is a perfect place to visit if you want to let go of your everyday worries and learn to reconnect with the wonders surrounding you.

Puig de Maria is a very enticing religious monument that is situated around 15 minutes away from Finca Montesion. Based on top of a 330-metre summit, this 14th-century monastery was initially regarded as a devoted and integral shrine to the Virgin Mary. Alongside its immense significance, this structure has experienced many creative changes. For example, in the 18th century, it was completely transformed to help it fit in better with the conventional Gothic and Baroque styles seen throughout this period. In turn, guests are encouraged to observe this monument in depth, entering inside to marvel at the impeccable range of artefacts. Many previous guests also note that it only takes around 30 minutes to climb to the peak of this hill, so it is seen as an accessible hike for most people.

The Pollensa Market is a deeply bustling attraction that allows guests to get up close and personal with a range of artisan goods. With various handmade goods on offer, such as bags and jewellery, this is a great place to visit if you are looking to pick up a range of souvenirs to show off back home. This market also presents a range of fresh produce stalls, allowing guests to purchase unique ingredients to use in their cooking back at the villa. The Pollensa Market is just over 10 minutes away from the villa and is open every Sunday from 8 am to 1:30 pm.

Security deposit €5,000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
