A rustic and deeply characteristic five-bedroom villa found in the idyllic region of Banyalbufar, Deluxe Punta offers spectacular views and a plethora of amenities. The exterior of the property was inspired by traditional Mallorcan design, using exposed brickwork and terracotta tiles to create a more comforting atmosphere. The outside of the villa is home to a private heated swimming pool that is suitable for a large number of guests. Here, you can slip into the soothing water and watch your worries melt away. Next to the pool is a collection of shaded sun loungers for guests who wish to simply bask in the incredible Spanish sunshine.
Inside the property, you will be greeted with a collection of communal seating areas. This gives the villa a more collective feel, bringing families and loved ones together in one space. The main lounge area is teeming with unique furnishings and decorations. The two sofas are layered with green scatter cushions, helping to contrast the dark-tile floors beneath you. This area also gives access to a remarkable outdoor terrace, equipped with its own seating area. The terrace is ideal for outdoor dining experiences or just for gazing out at the tremendous mountain views. Deluxe Punta is also home to a broad dining area that truly encapsulates the shared dining experiences seen in Spain. The solid wood table is encircled by a selection of rattan dining chairs, creating a relaxed atmosphere for every mealtime. The kitchen also adheres to a similar theme, using brown cupboards throughout the entire space. Moreover, there is also a small circular dining table for guests to use during breakfast or for lunchtime.
The bedrooms in Deluxe Punta are spread across three levels, giving guests their own sense of space and privacy. Two of the bedrooms make use of a spacious and luxurious king-size bed, fitted with pristine linens and plenty of pillows. The other bedrooms include a pair of single beds that have been pushed together to make one king-size bed. This arrangement means that each room can be customised to suit couples or children. Deluxe Punta is able to blend ease and opulence in its bedrooms, with each room having a terraced seating area and an additional en-suite bathroom.

About the surrounding area of Deluxe PuntaDeluxe Punta gives guests the best of both worlds. This villa sits in a quiet and peaceful estate, offering a sense of serenity and closure from the outside world. However, this property is not too far away from some of Mallorca’s finest attractions. Just a 15-minute drive away is the quaint town of Banyalbufar. Guests are encouraged to seek out the town’s popular bars, restaurants, and shops to discover more about the local businesses. Wineries such as Bodega Son Vives offer a guided tour around the vineyard, helping tourists learn more about one of Banyalbufar’s most successful industries. Located just a short walk from the centre of Banyalbufar, Bodega Son Vives can be found at the very top of an expansive hill, offering awe-inspiring views for all guests. The locally-grown Malvasia grape creates the most delicious wine, which is available for guests to try. This is an incredible experience for any wine connoisseur and offers them the chance to discover a range of impeccable wines.
If you are looking to explore Mallorca from new heights, then Torre del Verger is the perfect spot for sightseeing. This immense tower is less than a 5-minute drive away from the centre of Banyalbufar, making it a very accessible tourist hotspot. First built in 1579 as an attempt to better guard the network of towers around the island, Torre del Verger is a must-see landmark if you are travelling along the coastline. A small narrow stairway guides guests to a platform that offers incredible and far-reaching views of the entire town. Not to mention, there is parking available close to the tower, allowing guests to gaze at the incredible tower for as long as they please.
Mallorca is also home to a collection of incredible caves, allowing tourists to view lakes and other structures from an entirely new perspective. Cuevas del Drach, known in English as the Dragon Caves, includes one of the largest underground lakes in Europe. During select times of the day, a set of boats travel by playing peaceful tunes. As such, the whole cave is filled with these delightful sounds. Although it can take around an hour and a half to reach the caves, this is a spectacle that has been praised for decades and should not be missed. Tickets for this attraction range between €9.00 and €16.00, making it a very affordable trip.

THE REGION
Surrounded by the towering peaks of the Tramuntana mountain range, this quaint Mallorcan district nestles among four smaller peaks, where scattered farms and vineyards scale the heights around the historic town centre.
As well as winding village streets and historic agricultural systems, there is the working fishing port of Es Port de Canonge and a number of coves and beaches for sunbathing and swimming. These include Cala Banyalbufar, Es Corral Fals and Son Bunyola.
There are a number of village shops to explore, but Banyalbufar is primarily a place to find local products. In particular, it is worth a visit to one of the local wineries famous for the Malvasia grape variety.

If you are looking to take your children on a journey to discover more about nature and wildlife, then Ses Fonts Ufanes is a perfect choice. This incredible nature reserve is located less than an hour away from the centre of Banyalbufar and has been studied by acclaimed universities from around the world. This reserve hosts an unconventional hydro-geological system, meaning that even in times of extreme drought, green pastures are always maintained. This is a unique sight that is ideal for young children who are interested in science and developing eco-systems. The nature reserve is free to enter for all guests and is open from 9 am to 4 pm every day.
Older children and teenagers will love wandering through Jardins d’Alfabia, discovering the rich plants found in the botanical gardens; this landmark can be found less than 35-minutes away from the town centre of Banyalbufar, offering a paradise-like location close to Deluxe Punta. The gardens are built on the grounds of an 18th century Gothic home, blending the beauty of both plants and architecture. The simple sight of a small pond with floating waterlilies is enough to make this whole attraction an astonishing gem. Jardins d’Alfabia was declared a UNESCO heritage site in 2011, making it a very popular tourist hotspot for years. The gardens are open from 9 am to 6:30 pm, making this a spot you can visit throughout the day. Tickets cost just €10 per guest, and children under the age of 10 can enter for free.
