Casa Puntina is a private, recently renovated country house located just off the main road between Pollença and Puerto Pollensa. This picture-perfect holiday villa is the perfect place to relax with family and friends and enjoy the sun and heat in Majorca.
The views are spectacular and offer the ideal backdrop for your holiday photos. For your security, the holiday home is fenced off offering you and your guests’ privacy. The property has been lovingly looked after, and it shows from the moment you arrive.
There is a large covered terrace at the entrance to the villa with patio furniture as well as an outdoor relaxing sofa, perfect for relaxing in the shade and admiring the views you are offered. Loungers for sunbathing surround the private pool with descending corner steps into the water; the pool is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden.
The garden area of the property, walled in by the perimeter wall, is the perfect place to entertain guests and family and spend your down days in Majorca. If you find yourselves wanting to play a game, there is a ping pong table that you can make use of! Plenty of fun to be had!
There is also a barbeque house on the property, a brick-built area with the barbeque and patio furniture, perfect for spending time with the family or guests outside with delicious food in the Spanish heat!
This country house is a beautiful property on one level; the renovation has made this villa a stunning location for your holiday party to stay. There is an open plan living/dining area which radiates comfort due to large sofas, perfect for gathering your guests and watching the television or talking about the day you’ve got ahead or had!
There is a dining table that seats 6 if you decide to eat inside the villa, and it’s in front of the beautiful modern kitchen which is equipped with plenty of home appliances that you’ll be happy to see and of course all the necessities. The exposed beams against the white walls emphasise the relaxing nature of the property; it’ll be hard not to be lost in comfort and relaxing vibrations given by the whole house.
The style of the property continues into the bedrooms; they are sleek and spacious maintaining the tranquil setting. The two double rooms and the single twin room mean that 6 people will sleep in comfort.
They are all simple rooms, keeping the colour and décor to a minimal, staying neutral. All the bedrooms and the living area is air-conditioned, so if you find the heat to be too much to prevent restless nights, you’ll be able to cool down! Between the bathrooms there is both a bath and a shower here, perfect for everyone!
What you should know…
- If you’re bringing young children, cots /cribs are available at the villa
- Though a lawn surrounds the pool, there is no fence around the pool – kids should be supervised
- The property is located just off the main road of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, Ma2203 therefore some traffic noise will be heard.
- In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August.

Pollença is an alluring town, at the base of the Tramuntana mountains, which is the largest natural reserve on the island, well known for its beauty and scenery. It was recently declared a World Heritage site, and the mountain range offers spectacular views and is a beautiful destination for hikers, cyclists and even bird watchers.
Pollença is also rich in history with the famous Calvari steps which are a 365-step stairway that leads up to the chapel on the top of the hill known as Calvary. It is also home to a Romanesque 19th-century bridge that is shrouded in mystery, as no one knows for sure its origin.
Nearby you have Alcudia which is one of the most visited destinations in Mallorca, with its history, charm and gothic revival architecture. It has plenty of magnificent, scenic sandy beaches for you to explore stretching several kilometres giving your party ample space to explore, some even offer great places to snorkel (not all of the beaches that can provide this activity will have the equipment to hire).
For the families or the kids at heart, there are the Alcudia Hidropark with a water golf course, water slides and pools. You may also pursue the streets of Alcudia for their open-air street markets and sample the food they have to offer.
There is so much to explore, experience and take in as you visit the nearby towns, there indeed is something for everyone in this historic and stunningly beautiful part of Spain.
