Located on a plot of 70,000m² of land, this vast, beautiful three-bedroom villa is enveloped in nature and has everything you could need for a restful, reinvigorating stay in the Mallorcan countryside. Set 350m back off the road, you’ll feel utterly secluded and far more remote than you truly are as you approach the property.

Utterly modern and equipped with all the necessary mod cons, including a coffee maker to kick start your day, this kitchen is as practical as it is beautiful. From the kitchen, to the dining room, to the terrace, there are so many places to choose from in which to dine – you can try a new location every meal of the day! As the warm days turn into cooler evenings, wind down in the large, comfortable living room, with plenty of space for everyone to unwind in front of the TV in comfort. A utility room, complete with a washing machine and iron, create absolute ease of living so there’s nothing to stop you from enjoying every moment of your holiday.

All on one floor, find the first two of three bright and spacious bedrooms located down a little corridor from the main living area. The final, and finest, bedroom is a little further along, at the end of the corridor, and is complete with its own ensuite. Each room features the same rustic wooden beams that extend throughout the house, and is decorated with the finest furniture and fittings. A further bathroom, equipped with a shower and bath, can be found just off from this main living area.

  • While you’re walking distance from many great amenities, car access is always useful to make the most of your stay on the island of Mallorca with limited other transport options available
  • In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August

Pollensa is the picture perfect district of Mallorca, regarded as the cultural centre of the north of the island! When people picture Mallorca, they might not know it, but often what they’re picturing is Pollensa. Endless sandy beaches and roads lined with palm-trees set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. The diverse landscape, from fertile valleys to steep mountains and gently undulating hills and of course the beaches which seem to stretch endlessly to the horizon, is just one of the reasons that so many great artists have chosen to call this island home throughout the last century.

Just 4km West, the town of Pollensa will certainly provide your fill of authentic Spanish culture – 17th and 18th century houses, cobbled, winding streets and traditional markets every Sunday! Cafés, bars and restaurants are scattered in amongst traditional shops and large sections of the town are pedestrianised. And yet, 4km in the opposite direction, towards the beautiful coastline, the Port de Pollensa itself has a fabulous Pine Walk providing spectacular views of the bay, as well as large pedestrianised sections around the area, and there’s a huge water sports industry springing up in the shallow waters here – from paddle-boarding to kitesurfing, there’s something new to try for everyone!

Top tip: the viewpoint from the Calvario is an absolute must, if you can manage the climb!

THE REGION

Nestled on the far northwest coast, Cala Sant Vicenc is part of the municipal district of Pollenca and is more or less halfway between the town of Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. Originally a fishing village, the town of Cala Sant Vicenc has several small bays with rugged and dramatic rocks and cliffs. The main attraction here is the tranquillity and the collection of small beaches.

The three small beaches in Cala Sant Vicenc, with their crystal clear seas, are particular favourites for both locals and tourists visiting the area. Cala Molins is the largest of the three and is, therefore, the hot spot for summer sunbathers. The smallest, Cala Clara, is a pebbled beach not ideal for sunbathing but is often a good place to snorkel and find crabs hiding in the rocks.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. In addition to daily cleaning except Sundays. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request
Changeover day Saturday
Pool heating charge? For those who require it, there is an additional charge of €300 euros per week for pool heating, it must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to arrival

Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid locally in cash on arrival
