This property hosts a truly enormous exterior, fitted with a large swimming pool. This pool is ideal for playing games in the water and is the perfect place to cool off after a busy day in the Spanish sun. Moreover, the pool is surrounded by a collection of high-quality sun loungers, giving guests a place to sit back and relax during their stay. The outside area of Villa Sexta also includes a unique outdoor shower room. This is a truly special addition to the property and offers guests the chance to experience luxury at an entirely new level. Villa Sexta also includes a traditional and rustic outdoor terrace. This space includes a broad dining area that is shaded by the sun. Not to mention, the back of the exterior is home to a collection of towering fruit trees that sit in a patch of luscious green grass.
 
As you first enter the property, you will be greeted with a sizeable lounge/dining area. The dining area at Villa Sexta follows an open-plan style, allowing guests to enjoy a plethora of delicious meals in a distinctive communal environment. Moving through to the lounge area, guests will be blown away by the selection of off-beat furnishings that fill this room. The rich red sofa perfectly balances out the collection of decorative items as well as the exposed-brick accent wall at the very back of the room. The kitchen within this property is truly abundant, filled with a variety of utensils and equipment. Moreover, the sleek stainless steel surfaces add another level of opulence to the entire property. The lower level of this property is also home to the first bedroom. This room includes two single beds that are combined to make one double bed. The beds are fitted with plump and decorative bedspreads, creating a more homely environment to sleep in. Plus, this room includes a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also located on this floor and follows the exact same style.
 
The first floor hosts the master bedroom, which also includes two single beds. Furthermore, the master bedroom includes an ornate wooden wardrobe that offers a plethora of storage for guests staying in this room. This room also allows access to the outdoor sun terrace. The fourth bedroom includes a spacious double bed and its own en-suite bathroom.

Villa Sexta is found within an expansive plot of land in Portocolom, which is just 15-minutes away from the vibrant tourist hotspot of Cala d’Or. This eclectic beach town provides guests with an array of fun things to do, especially within its nightlife sector. If you are looking for a nightclub that can keep up as you party the night away, Sky Bar is open till 4 am. The founders of Son Alegre focus on creating a more environmentally sustainable wine industry, using multiple solar-powered initiatives to help fuel their operations. This vineyard also allows guests to explore their diverse wine cellar, seeing how they produce their array of red and white wines. THE REGION

Security deposit €500 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
