With its huge driveway and impressive entrance, the grandeur of this fabulous villa is apparent from the outset. And once you step inside you’ll see this splendour is thoroughly upheld through the architecture of the property, and indeed all the way to the vast sun terrace and huge pool out the front!
This stunning property can accommodate up to six people across three bright and airy bedrooms, all of which are equipped with both A/C and a ceiling fan should you prefer it. The first, on the ground-floor, has two single beds and enjoys direct access to the garden from its great double-door entrance. The second and third rooms, one of which has terrace access with fabulous views, both have two single beds and are located on the first-floor and are both equipped with excellent ensuite bathroom facilities.
The wonderful open-plan living space is warmed by the light streaming through the windows, and includes a large fireplace for extra comfort in the evenings. Space to unwind extends out the great French doors and onto the veranda, with a range of seating options, and beyond to the sun-loungers by the private pool.
The kitchen is pristine and well-equipped for all your food preparation requirements, and there are several dining options: enjoy meals under the veranda on a warm day or retire inside for extra comfort in the evenings. Or indeed, stroll into the local town and try some of Spain’s traditional cuisine – from tapas to sangria, you can find it all at your fingertips with this perfectly located property.

Cala d’Or – or the ‘Golden Bay’ – is a popular beach area on the southeast coast of Mallorca, south of Portocolom and neighbouring the coastal town of Portopetro. In Cala d’Or you really get an all-round holiday experience with wonderful beaches, interesting excursions, well-preserved nature and varied nightlife.
Cala d’Or is a holiday resort well suited to families, couples and yachties. The region is largely characterised by numerous small scenic coves and sandy beaches. In addition to the eponymous Cala d’Or beach, there are much more worth exploring: Cala Gran, Cala Petita, Cala Ferrera, Cala Egos, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Serena, Cala Galera and Cala d’es Forti.
