A delightful and expansive property located in Alcudia, Villa Illot is teeming with amenities to help keep the whole family entertained. The outdoor areas of this property are truly spectacular, using a half-circle swimming pool as the key focal point. This unconventional pool is surrounded by an array of high-end garden furniture, giving guests plenty of places to sit back and unwind. The exterior also makes use of a small garden area that is also accompanied by a unique barbecue. As such, guests can indulge in a variety of freshly cooked dishes whilst gazing out the tremendous views that sit before them.
As you enter the property, you will be taken aback by the stylish living area that can be found on the first floor. This space includes a considerable black leather sofa that can suit multiple guests at once. Moreover, this seating arrangement also faces a large flatscreen TV, making this area ideal for epic family movie nights. The living area also allows access to an outdoor seating area. Opposite the living area is a small dining area that offers impeccable views of the garden. The kitchen within Villa Illot is extremely attractive, helping guests to create a plethora of delicious meals in style. The dark brown cupboards help to balance the striking white walls, creating an off-beat design throughout this area. There is also a bedroom located on this floor. This room is a master bedroom seen by the sizeable king-sized bed placed in the centre of the room. In addition, this room also provides access to an opulent en-suite bathroom.
Travelling down to the ground floor, here you will uncover the remaining three bedrooms. The second bedroom also uses a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. Moreover, this room also allows guests to access the outdoor pool area. The third and fourth bedrooms both include a pair of single beds, making them ideal for small children or for couples who prefer to sleep separately. Both of these bedrooms are joined by a separate bathroom with a shower.
On the very top of this property is a marvellous roof terrace. This area is furnished with unique outdoor seating areas and offers incredible panoramic views of the local scenery.

About the surrounding area of Villa IllotVilla Illot is located in the beautiful region of Alcudia, a location that is well known for its wide variety of exciting tourist attractions. This region hosts the Sa Bassa Blanca Museum, an exquisite treat for any European art history lover. The museum itself was founded by acclaimed artists Ben Jacober and Yannick Vu and has quickly become a centralised hub for artisan sculptures and photography exhibitions. The grounds also include an idyllic rose garden that guests can explore during specific times of the year. There is also a quaint cafe on-site that offers a range of snacks and refreshments for guests to enjoy. The Sa Bassa Blanca Museum is just over 15-minutes away from the centre of Alcudia, and costs tickets cost just €10 per guest.
Alcudia is also well recognised for its bustling markets, attracting both locals and tourists into one invigorating spot. The Alcudia Market is held in the main square of the town centre, making it very easy to get to for guests staying in Villa Illot. Local vendors offer an array of clothing, craft items, and other souvenirs, allowing tourists to purchase something that reminds them of this energetic region. There is even a section for fresh produce, encouraging guests to use some of Alcudia’s finest ingredients in their own cooking. The Alcudia Market occurs every Tuesday and Sunday from 8 am till 1:30 pm.
The Roman Remains of Pollentia is a deeply alluring excavation site that has been collecting artefacts since the early 1920s. These items are said to date back to 123 BC, and experts have even uncovered a traditional Roman theatre, forum, and residential town. Guests can explore each of these areas in full detail, helping them to learn more about how this vibrant town survived under Roman rule. Plus, there is even a local museum located close by that showcases a wide variety of Roman collectables such as coins and garments. The Roman Remains of Pollentia is just a 3-minute drive away from Alcudia town centre, and tickets for both the excavation site and the museum cost just €4 per person.

THE REGION
The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.
The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

Guests can use a unique observation station to view these birds up close and personal. Plus, this landmark also includes a collection of lengthy hiking trials to help guests discover interesting aspects of the park in new and exciting ways. There is also a visitor centre available on-site to help answer any burning questions about the layout of the park or the creatures that reside there.
If you are looking for a more exhilarating activity, Hidropark offers a range of wild water rides for guests to choose from. This popular water park hosts attractions such as Octopus and Kamikaze, as well as a spacious wave pool. Plus, there is also a Kids Zone available for younger children and toddlers. Children can explore the park and embark on a collection of thrilling rides and attractions. There is even a mini-golf course available for an added cost. Tickets for Hidropark can be purchased online for a reduced price of €27.95 per adult and €19.95 per child.
For families travelling with children who have adventurous palates, Alcudia is home to a range of artisan restaurants that truly showcase the diversity of the region’s growing food scene. Can Punyetes is a quirky tapas bar that can be found just over 5-minutes away from Alcudia town centre. This alluring restaurant serves amazing dishes such as serrano ham, stuffed peppers, and monkfish casserole, allowing guests to dive into a collection of traditional Mallorcan dishes. This location is also known for its range of alcoholic beverages, helping to appease the grown-ups. Many of the locals praise the comforting and pleasant atmosphere, making it ideal for children too. Can Punyetes is open every day, except Tuesdays, from 6:30 pm till midnight.
