Inside, the villa is spacious and well-decorated. The ground floor includes a double-height seating area, three bedrooms, and a stylish shower room. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool and solarium. The other two bedrooms each have twin beds and also open to the pool area.
Upstairs, you’ll find a large sitting room with comfortable seating, a dining area, and two balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to a balcony with a dining suite. There’s a fourth bedroom with a king-sized bed and a third bathroom on this floor.
The highlight of the property is the large roof terrace with panoramic views, ideal for watching sunsets. Villa Illot combines modern comfort with a prime location for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The town’s Roman history is evident at the Roman Remains of Pollentia, where you can explore ancient ruins including a theater and forum. A nearby museum displays Roman artifacts, adding to the historical experience.

THE REGION
The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.
The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

Best Suited For: All AgesAlcudia offers plenty of family-friendly attractions. S’Albufera Natural Park, located a short drive from the town center, is perfect for nature lovers. The park is a key stopover for migrating birds, and you can use an observation station to view them up close. It also has hiking trails and a visitor center for more information.
For a more thrilling experience, Hidropark features various water rides and a wave pool, along with a Kids Zone for younger children and a mini-golf course.
For those with adventurous tastes, Alcudia boasts several artisan restaurants. Can Punyetes, a quirky tapas bar not far from the town center, serves traditional Mallorcan dishes like serrano ham and monkfish casserole. It’s also known for its selection of drinks and welcoming atmosphere. Can Punyetes is open most evenings.
