Overview
The sensational H2O Views enjoys astounding contemporary glass architecture which allows guests to wake up every day to breathtaking sea and mountain views. No matter where you are in this exceptional four bedroom villa, the scenery is utterly superb. H2O Views boasts a spectacular, privileged front-line waterside spot in the exclusive area of Mal Pas. Guests enjoy early morning swims in crystal clear water, strolls on pristine sands and breathtaking beach sunsets, just moments from the villa. The villa does not have a swimming pool but it does have the sea on its doorstep.
The prestigious area of Mal Pas is located between the stunning bays of Pollensa and Alcudia with the beautiful beaches of Sant Pere, Sant Joan and S’Illot all close by. It is a wonderful, tranquil area away from the tourist crowds of Alcudia yet within easy reach. Visitors can totally relax, enjoy the surrounding nature and the dramatic backdrop of the mountains. The charming old town of Alcudia is just five minutes away in the car and the villa benefits from a number of delightful restaurants and a small supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance. H2O View is built in an elevated position which makes the views even more incredible.
With mostly glass architecture, gorgeous minimalist interior design and top-of-the-range fittings, this spectacular property is perfect for up to eight guests who want to indulge themselves a little and totally get away from it all. H2O Views enjoys a small but beautiful garden and a number of fabulous terraces on the ground and upper floors where you can soak up the Mallorcan sun, read your holiday books, enjoy cocktails and alfresco dining and be thankful for this heavenly spot.
The ground floor living space is open plan in design with a sleek, dazzling white kitchen with all mod cons, a large kitchen island and doors opening to the terrace. Beside it, the dining table and chairs and the living area sits under a striking double height ceiling and next to full walls of glass on either side. The living space is incredibly stunning and boasts contemporary furnishings and ultra modern light fittings. The villa is almost entirely white so the occasional colour pops are very striking. The walls of glass are comprised of floor-to-ceiling doors and picture windows, all drowning this incredible space in natural light. Outside on the terraces you will find colourful chairs, bean bags, a coffee table and delightful alfresco dining.
On the second floor, you will discover another living room with a large, comfy sofa, a smaller table and chairs and a television. This is ideal if you have children in your holiday group who want to chill and watch a movie at the end of a busy day or perhaps the perfect spot to play a game of cards.
H2O Views boasts four brilliant white, bright and airy bedrooms. Two offer sumptuous double beds, beautifully dressed with crisp white linens, another offers twin beds and the last enjoys a trundle bed so that you can pull out the lower single bed if required. Each of the bedrooms enjoys minimalist styling, just like the living spaces, and each boasts a private shower room. H2O Views is sleek, stylish and perfectly positioned to enjoy the wonderful beach. You just need to walk down the steps and the path and there you are, relaxing on glorious sands and dipping your toes in the crystal clear water. Who needs a pool when you are this close?

Location
About the surrounding area of H20 ViewsH2O Views is located in the lovely resort of Mal Pas, just minutes from the fine sands of the resort’s beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. Playa de Sant Pere and Playa de Sant Joan are both fabulous peaceful beaches with fine silvery sand and crystal clear water. Just around the corner is the stunning beach of S’Illot . With uninterrupted magnificent views to the stunning turquoise Bay of Pollensa and the Formentor peninsular from its seafront position, the location is hard to beat. Its backdrop of the dramatic Tramuntana mountain range just adds to the dreamy scenes and the glass architecture of the villa certainly makes the most of them. A few moments away, Bonaire boasts a picturesque marina, a scuba school, kayak hire, some fabulous bars and restaurants and a few shops.
The beautiful walled town of Alcudia and the fantastic beach resorts of Port d’Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are a very short drive away. Port d’Alcudia boasts a seven mile long Blue Flag beach and its picturesque marina is the waterside setting for many buzzy, vibrant bars and restaurants. The marina offers fun boat excursions including day trips to Menorca, dolphin watching tours and glass-bottomed boats. Alcudia Old Town is wonderfully characterful and atmospheric for an evening out. It is romantic and charming with narrow, winding cobbled streets, Romeo and Juliet balconies, cozy, authentic cafes, unique little boutiques, fantastic gourmet restaurants and tapas bars and a vibrant open-air market. Its Roman ruins and museum, just outside the walls, are very interesting and a popular stop. Just east of Alcudia Old Town at Playa de Muro, visitors can take SUP padding boarding or even yoga classes on the boards!
Pollensa and Puerta Pollensa are both fabulous. Pollensa is an charming, ancient walled town with stunning architecture, contemporary art galleries, amazing shops, chic restaurants and a lively market. Puerto Pollensa is wonderful with its dazzling white sand and shallow, warm water. A little further on, Formentor is absolutely spectacular. The road to get there is a little hairy though so be prepared!
There are a number of vineyards around Mallorca where you can taste some delicious local wines. Bodegas Can Vidalet at Pollensa and Bodega Butxet are excellent. The Mortitx Winery, hidden off a winding road between Pollensa and Lluc, is a young and up-and-coming contender in the Balearic wine market. You really should include a trip into the majestic Tramuntana mountain range too.

Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.
The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

The thrilling tree top adventure park at Santa Ponsa is set in nine hectares of pine forest. It may be a drive away but it is a wonderful day out for youngsters. There are 123 platforms built into the trees with three different circuits with bridges, swings, ladders and zip lines for varying abilities. The Pirate circuit is for young children over four years old and the Explorer and Extreme circuits are more challenging for older children and adults.
