Villa Ultra Deluxe is certainly ultra everything! It is a spectacular villa with incredible design, so luxurious in every way! You will have the holiday of your dreams and feel so special!
The villa is situated in Bonaire, an affluent little Alcudia suburb on a beautiful peninsula with magnificent views to the Formentor peninsular. Set on the hillside with superb, lush planting all around, Villa Ultra Deluxe offers complete relaxation in this little secluded paradise.
This is such a high-end holiday home, inside and out. The well-maintained grounds are dazzling and dominated by a large designer pool with an integrated jacuzzi. It is such a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day! The pool has a decked platform with comfy sun loungers and outdoor dining. There is a barbecue area with its own pool bar as well as a terrace with a comfortable sofa and chairs. The views of the hills and the stunning olive, cypress and pine trees are fabulous. The planting and grassy banks are superb and contrast vividly with the bright blue sky. You cannot help but relax.
Villa Ultra Deluxe is very striking with the use of glass, chrome and other luxurious materials. It is totally pristine and lavish. The majestic full height glass windows and doors make it wonderfully bright and the affluent luxury furnishings make you feel so indulged – just as you should be!
On the first floor, there are three stylish, spacious bedrooms with three immaculate bathrooms. The beds are huge and inviting. An impressive metal and wooden staircase lead you to the upper floor where the final bedroom with its en-suite is found as well as the wonderful lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The huge sofa is so comfortable.
The designer kitchen is immaculate and offers everything you would expect for a first-class holiday. There is another wonderful terrace for alfresco meals and outstanding sunset views. For guests wanting to maintain their fitness, there is also a well-equipped gym. The table tennis table will provide a lot of fun. Villa Ultra Deluxe cannot fail to impress!

About the surrounding area of Villa Ultra DeluxeBonaire is a beautiful and quiet residential area, with two romantic little beaches, just 5 minutes drive from the villa. Playa de Sant Pere is a charming, quiet beach with fine sand, crystal clear water and Playa de Sant Joan, equally lovely, is just around the corner. The beaches both have waves, unlike a lot of the Mallorcan beaches. The main 7 miles long, Blue Flag Port Alcudia beach is a 10 minutes drive away. The picturesque marina is the waterside setting for many bars and restaurants. It is a buzzy hub of activity with fun excursions run running from it including day trips to Menorca, dolphin watching tours and glass-bottomed boats. Just east of Alcudia Old Town at Playa de Muro, you can take SUP paddling boarding or even yoga classes on the boards!
Alcudia Old Town is just a 5-minute drive from the villa and is so wonderfully atmospheric for an evening out. It is so romantic and charming with its narrow cobbled streets, Romeo and Juliet balconies, cozy, authentic cafes, unique little boutiques, fantastic restaurants and tapas bars and its vibrant open-air market. The Roman ruins and museum just outside the walls are very interesting.
There are a number of vineyards and wine tastings around Mallorca. Bodegas Can Vidalet at Pollensa and Bodega Butxet are a couple close by. The Mortitx winery, hidden off a winding road between Pollensa and Lluc, is a young and up-and-coming contender in the Balearic wine market. It is worth the navigating the hairpin bends of the Tramuntana mountain range to find it. The local wines are delicious and go so well with the local tapas.
Pollensa and Puerta Pollensa are a short drive away and are great days out. Pollensa is an ancient, charming, attractive, walled town with stunning architecture, modern art galleries, amazing shops, chic, delicious restaurants and a lively market. Puerto Pollensa is wonderful with its dazzling white sand and shallow, warm water. A little further on, Formentor is absolutely spectacular. The road to get there is a little hairy though so be prepared!

THE REGION
The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.
The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

Best Suited For: All AgesChildren will have a wonderful time at this fabulous villa. Not only will they love the pool and the jacuzzi they will enjoy playing in the garden and the table tennis.
The incredibly long Port Alcudia beach is amazing for children. The warm, shallow, azure blue water is amazing – they will have such fun splashing in the sea. There are so many watersports to choose from too if you wish. Watersports Mallorca is based just east of the Old Town at Playa de Muro where children can learn to kitesurf or windsurf as well as hire other equipment.
If a perfect beach to you is one without gift shops or crowds, you might want to head for Cala Sant Vicenc. It is an enchanting natural cove lying 4km off the road between Pollensa town and the port. There is a sense of seclusion you will not find at the busier tourist resorts. There a few excellent fish restaurants too.
Approximately 14km from the villa in the direction of Palma lies the traditional village of Campanet. The Ses Coves de Campanet is a lovely sight to see. Children love caves, and there is a wonderful natural ambience here on the small hillside with glorious views over the surrounding countryside. Otherwise, you can head to the Drach Caves at Porto Cristo. You take a boat ride on the lake in the caves and listen to a quartet playing to classical music on a boat. It is quite a trip!
The ESA Soccer Academy at Port Alcudia is very popular as is the Hidropark Waterpark in Alcudia. It's kamikaze slides, wave pool, swimming pools and water playgrounds are so exciting.
