Truly the height of luxury, this transformed 300-year-old villa occupies 40,000m2 of land in the depths of the Ibiza countryside and has two swimming pools, three separate guesthouses, and an endless array of chill-out zones for the whole party.
The living areas are many and varied. With large sofas and chairs indoors, a beautiful, traditional fireplace and for all those who like technology – there is a LED 42” HD TV, Astra SAT TV, DVD player, mp3 player, Pioneer Home Cinema and Bluetooth speakers, to keep you entertained at all times! The main kitchen is spacious and modern with all the latest mod cons, including a Nespresso Coffee Machine, and has a fabulous central island perfect for food preparation. There are large wooden tables both inside and on the terrace, ideal for group meals, allowing you to vary your dining arrangements throughout your stay!
Five of the elegant and spacious bedrooms are perfectly equipped with ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning and SAT TVs. All six bedrooms are uniquely designed, and the stone walls, wooden flooring and interesting décor all allow the traditional, rustic style to shine through. The bathrooms also demonstrate the incredible attention to detail of the whole property, with lovely tiled surfaces, feature walls and ornate decorations.
And finally, the garden is a thriving assortment of palm trees, ponds and flowers! Enjoying the fiery sunshine by day and the beautiful soothing lights by night, you’ll have little reason ever to leave this exquisite rural retreat. Unique to this villa is the incredible circular bath with hydro-massage jets and its accompanying solarium, complemented by the fabulous Balinese bed and the 15x5m stone infinity pool (a real delight for the swimmers!), from both of which you can enjoy views of the world-famous Ibiza sunsets out over the mountains and peaceful Es Canal de Sa Torre valley.
Nestled in a protected natural area, this delightful home is perfect for cycling, hiking or simply enjoying a little fresh air, with the hilltop just 100 metres away offering views of Es Vedrá, the sea and of course those magnificent sunsets.
Enveloped in nature, Casa Jade offers a time for total peace and tranquillity, with space to socialise (or otherwise!) for the whole group, including parking for 15 cars. 3km from the village of San José and 2km from Cala Vadella beach, you can be on the beach, in a fine restaurant, or simply stocking up on wine within a few minutes’ walks!

These are particularly good during the winter when the island calms down a little but retains its fabulous weather.

THE REGION
A true island jewel, San José exemplifies the traditional heart of Ibiza. Loved by tourists and locals alike, San José offers a wonderful insight into life in a traditional Ibizan village. Nestled in the lush foothills of Sa Talaia, the highest mountain on the island, San José boasts a wealth of charming restaurants, bars and cafés, beautiful boutiques and local crafts at the traditional market.
There is a surprisingly wide choice of restaurants and bars in this small village, from exclusive restaurants to pizza places, traditional bars and spots where you can enjoy great cocktails and even live music.
San José has several nice small shops and boutiques. Here you can find some lovely souvenirs, including pretty traditional ceramics. There are also colourful Ibizan fashion items, trendy children's toys and many other lovely things you didn't even know you needed.

Best Suited For: All AgesThe villa is a lovely place for kids to hang out - teenagers and older children will love having their own space, while children of all ages will love swimming in the pool. The outdoors area all good to run around and play, will ensure many fun evenings!
The house is a beautiful family retreat in a quiet location but close to so many fun things to do together as a family, from exploring beaches to having dinner in the old town of Jose de sa Talaia.
