Situated on a large private estate in Sa Coma, just ten minutes from the island’s capital, stands Cas Corp, a stunning four-bedroom villa that can accommodate up to eight guests. Set over one spacious storey - ideal for those with younger children, older guests or guests with limited mobility, this luxurious and stylish property beautifully pairs a delightfully rustic aesthetic with a modern and functional design.

Featuring whitewashed walls, tiled floors and chunky beamed ceilings, the villa is packed with high-end soft furnishings, including plush, soft grey sofas in the living area and large, comfortable beds. The villa’s cosy lounge area features a beautiful open fireplace, well-crafted furniture and sumptuous seating, with a satellite TV and WiFi providing a modern home-from-home touch; it’s the perfect spot to hunker down after a busy day and spend some welcome time with family or friends.

Cas Corp has an incredibly spacious and well-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you’ll need to cater to yourself and your guests during your stay, including ample food-preparation space, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, and plenty of cookware, crockery and utensils. In the kitchen, you’ll find a large wooden dining table, offering you an option to enjoy indoor meals, and there’s also a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.

The villa features three spacious double bedrooms and a twin room, ideal for those travelling with children. All the rooms are decorated in the same beautiful country-cottage style with delightful Mediterranean touches. Two thoroughly modern shower rooms complete the interior, providing guests with a clean and comfortable space to prepare for the day ahead.

Cas Corp’s secure and private grounds are no less impressive, featuring a large terrace that borders the length of the property and is fully furnished so that you can relax, eat and lounge in style. The villa is complete with a private pool, easily accessible by Roman steps and surrounded by fruit trees, palm trees and wildflowers, with acres of centuries-old olive trees and vineyards stretching beyond the property. The villa also features a beautiful outdoor dining space with a barbecue and wood-fired oven - perfect for alfresco dining.

Casa Corp offers guests seclusion and privacy, all while only being ten minutes from the island’s capital Ibiza Town - it really is the best of both worlds! The town is one of the oldest in Europe and is best known for its glorious white sandy beaches and lively and vibrant nightlife. There is something for everyone here, including legendary nightclubs, world-class restaurants and a fantastic selection of bars. Visitors who love to shop until they drop out won’t be disappointed as the town is home to a variety of boutiques and high-end fashion stores, as well as plenty of places to pick up some unique novelties and souvenirs.

Visitors are just as likely to come here for the town’s art galleries and museums as they are to party, and with so many to choose from, you’ll find plenty on offer if you want to indulge in a little history and culture. Much of the architecture and layout here has remained untouched since the 1600s, and the town is still home to the Catalan Castle, which was built in 1235, as well as the Gothic cathedral that boasts incredible coastline views. After soaking up the amazing historical sights, take a stroll through Ibiza Town’s back streets, where you’ll get to witness colourful parades and street performers, before heading down to the port and seeing how the other half live with some of the biggest and most expensive yachts in the world on show.

Eating out could not be simpler while in Ibiza Town, with restaurants and eateries offering cuisines from all over the world, from traditional Spanish tapas and Asian fusion to familiar chains such as Hard Rock Cafe, Mcdonalds and Burger King. As night falls, Ibiza Town really comes into its own, with hundreds of independent, quirky and lively bars offering beers, wines and cocktails, and most showcasing live entertainment. If clubbing is your thing, you’ll be in your element here as the town is home to Pacha - the original super club and one of the biggest and most famous on the island. Here you can enjoy a variety of lively themed nights that will take you through into the morning and beyond!

Families staying here with children won’t be disappointed with their choice, as Cas Corp’s single-storey layout and private, secluded grounds offer a wonderful, safe environment in which to play and explore. The villa only features one twin bedroom, but for families with more than two children, sleeping in a ‘big bed’ or sharing with a sibling can all be a part of the holiday adventure!

The kids are sure to make the most of the modern extras here at the villa that include satellite TV and WiFi - ideal for keeping them entertained while the adults are preparing dinner or getting ready for the day, and the private pool is certainly going to be a hit! The pool is easily accessible via steps, so you won’t have to worry about the little ones having to get up and down a ladder, but be aware that the pool is at ground level and unfenced, so caution is advised.

Most people don’t hear ‘Ibiza’ and think of a ‘family holiday’, but while it’s true that Ibiza Town is a world-renowned party hotspot, it’s also the perfect destination for a relaxing and fun-filled holiday that suits all ages. From beach picnics and seaside paddles to exploring caves or going on a Jeep excursion, there’s something here for everyone, including taking a tour of the coastline on the island’s Santa Eulalia Ferry - the best way to show the kids everything that the town has to offer. The ferry stops at some of the most beautiful beaches on the coast, including Cala Llonga and Cala Pada, where you’ll find activities such as water sports and bike tours to enjoy. Cala Llonga is a particular favourite with families thanks to its clear shallows, soft sand, good amenities, and the addition of a children’s playground and mini amusement park.

Mini thrill-seekers will enjoy a family day out at Aguamar Water Park - one of the most popular leisure attractions on the island. The largest waterpark in Ibiza Town features plenty of white-knuckle slides for adventurous kids, including the Kamikaze and the Black Hole, as well as kids pools and gentler slides for the younger ones - a fun alternative to a day at the beach.
