Can Rotes pairs modern design with rustic touches, with sprays of exposed stone, tiled flooring and chunky woods perfectly complementing top-quality furnishings and contemporary fixtures and fittings.
The villa is decorated throughout in fresh white shades and neutral tones and is bright and spacious. Large floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow plenty of natural light, as well as showcasing those incredible views. The lounge area offers the ideal space for relaxation, with sumptuous sofas, a cosy fireplace, and satellite TV for your entertainment. Can Rotes’ dining and kitchen areas provide ample space to prepare indoor meals at the handsomely crafted dinner table. There are plenty of high-end amenities, including an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, fridge-freezer, and plenty of cookware, crockery and utensils.
On the ground floor, you’ll also find the first of Can Rotes’ light and airy bedrooms - all of which are decorated in the same elegant colour palette as the rest of the villa. The bedroom features two single, well-spaced beds and is perfect for older kids, and there’s also a modern and stylish bathroom on this floor for extra convenience. Two further bedrooms can be found on the first floor, both spacious doubles. One of the double rooms has access to a private balcony - an ideal spot for enjoying a quiet morning cuppa or nightcap - as well as featuring a dressing room and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second double room also has a dressing room, a satellite TV, and an ensuite bathroom with both a shower and hydromassage bathtub - luxury indeed!
Ideal for older teens or those who want a little extra privacy during their stay, Can Rotes features a stylish annexe complete with a double bedroom and a modern bathroom with a bathtub.
Outdoor living at Can Rotes is just as extraordinary. The villa features a large open terrace with a private infinity pool overlooking lush mountain scenery and out over the ocean. There are plenty of furnished chillout areas, sun loungers and parasols - ideal for those who want to soak up the sun or relax with a good book or a cocktail or two. For alfresco dining, the villa offers a delightful covered barbecue area with a full-sized dining table.

- The villa's twin bedroom is situated on the ground floor of the main house, with two doubles on the first floor. This could pose a problem for families with younger children, as you might not all be sleeping on the same level

About the surrounding area of Can RotesCan Rotes is in an incredible hilltop location close to the island’s capital, Ibiza Town - an area well-known for its white, sandy beaches, vibrant nightclubs, shopping opportunities and fine dining restaurants. Despite the town’s reputation as a clubber’s paradise, visitors are just as likely to come here for the town’s art galleries and museums as they are to party. With so many to choose from, you’ll find plenty on offer if you want to indulge in a bit of history and culture. Much of the architecture and layout here has remained untouched since the 1600s, and the town is still home to the Catalan Castle, which was built in 1235, and the Gothic cathedral that boasts incredible coastline views. After soaking up the amazing historical sights, take a stroll through Ibiza Town’s back streets, where you’ll get to witness colourful parades and street performers, before heading down to the port and seeing how the other half live with some of the biggest and most expensive yachts in the world on show.
Eating out could not be simpler in Ibiza Town, with restaurants and eateries offering cuisines from all over the world, from traditional Spanish tapas and Asian fusion to familiar chains such as Hard Rock Cafe, Mcdonalds and Burger King. As night falls, Ibiza Town comes into its own, with hundreds of independent, quirky and lively bars offering beers, wines and cocktails, and most showcasing live entertainment. If clubbing is your thing, you’ll be in your element here as the town is home to Pacha - the original super club and one of the biggest and most famous on the island. Here you can enjoy a variety of lively themed nights that will take you through into the morning and beyond!

THE REGION
The island's capital is romantic and intriguing, exciting and vibrant, brash and buzzing, cosmopolitan and classic; all rolled into one eye-catching package. By day, she's all about shopping, boating, beach-bar-hopping and historical sightseeing; then, by night, alfresco wining and dining, followed by dancing 'til dawn.
You'll find a great selection of small boutiques, high-end fashion stores, shoe shops and all kinds of novelties. It attracts a very international crowd all year round and is a great place to do some celebrity spotting in the summer. There are some great art galleries and history museums, and the pretty ancient citadel of Dalt Vila is a history lesson in itself. We guarantee you'll never be stuck for something to do.

Larger families should note that the three bedrooms in the main house are all on different floors and that the fourth bedroom is located in a separate annexe. Children staying at Can Rotes can enjoy secure and private surroundings, with plenty of shade to protect young skin and ample space for eating alfresco with the whole family.
Ibiza Town is a world-renowned party hotspot, but it’s also the perfect destination for a relaxing and fun-filled family holiday that suits all ages. From beach picnics and seaside paddles to exploring caves or going on a Jeep excursion, there’s something here for everyone, including taking a tour of the coastline on the island’s Santa Eulalia Ferry - the best way to show the kids everything that the town has to offer. The ferry stops at some of the most beautiful beaches on the coast, including Cala Llonga and Cala Pada, where you’ll find activities such as water sports and bike tours to enjoy. Cala Llonga is a particular favourite with families thanks to its clear shallows, soft sand, good amenities, and the addition of a children’s playground and mini amusement park.
Mini thrill-seekers will enjoy a family day at Aguamar Water Park - one of the most popular leisure attractions on the island. The largest waterpark in Ibiza Town features plenty of white-knuckle slides for adventurous kids, including the Kamikaze and the Black Hole, kids pools and gentler slides for the younger ones - a fun alternative to a day at the beach.
Another great place to visit while you’re in Ibiza Town with the kids is the Cap Blanc Aquarium, a unique attraction in large natural caves. Openings in the rocks allow seawater to flow freely in and out, providing the ideal temperature for the animals living inside. Octopus, fish and rays can be found here in their natural habitat. There’s also a sea turtle rehabilitation area where sea turtles are nursed back to health before being released into the wild. Children of all ages will enjoy getting up close and personal with these fascinating ocean creatures before heading up to the terrace to enjoy a snack and a drink as they watch the rolling waves.

Excellent from start to finish
Beautiful villa, incredible views across Ibiza, amazing to watch sunrise from around the pool. Spacious, clean, blackout blinds and noise proof windows so east to get some sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location and outside area setting
Good location with great view, nice pool area. Only the bedding/mattress need an upgrade. Everthing else is fine.
