Embraced by the lush greenery of hillside forests, this remarkable holiday home offers a secluded sanctuary within its expansive grounds. From nearly every corner, breathtaking vistas unfold, encompassing panoramic views of the countryside, the glistening sea, and the rugged coastline.
Comprising a main villa and two separate dwellings, Villa Pajaritos accommodates up to twelve guests, providing a harmonious balance of comfort and versatility.
Step into the ground floor of the villa, where an abundance of natural light floods the spacious living/dining room through its numerous windows and doors. The cool, coastal-inspired color palette sets a serene ambiance, while plush sofas invite relaxation. Open the doors to seamlessly merge the indoors with the outdoors, revealing a charming outside space. A tastefully designed marble dining table and wicker chairs create an elegant setting for shared meals, with additional doors leading to the exterior.
A separate cozy living room with sofas and a television offers an intimate space to unwind and socialize. The well-equipped kitchen entices culinary adventures, allowing you to create delectable dishes using fresh local ingredients sourced from nearby towns and villages. For added convenience, a laundry room is also available. The main bedroom on this level boasts an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious multi-jet bath and access to a terrace that offers awe-inspiring sea views. On the first floor, two more double bedrooms beckon, each with terrace access and access to a generously sized bathroom.
The two separate dwellings, each with their own living room, two double bedrooms, and terrace access, offer additional privacy and comfort. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other presents two single beds. Both bedrooms boast ensuite bathrooms with showers.
Outside, the main terrace reveals a partially-covered outdoor seating area and a delightful dining space, perfect for savoring al fresco meals. Location
About the surrounding area of Villa PajaritosIn a rural setting and yet just minutes away from several beaches and towns with their amenities, Villa los Pajaritos de Martina is well connected and ideal for a peaceful holiday.
Cala Vadella is just a 2-minute drive from the villa and is very popular with families. It's easy to see why - with shallow waters, fine white sands and sheltered landscape providing ideal spots for safe swimming and playing. There are also lifeguards providing extra peace of mind. Take a pedalo or kayak out on the water to appreciate the natural beauty of the bay, then have lunch in one of the family-friendly restaurants.
Other lovely beaches include Cala d'Hort, which is approximately 8 km away and gives access to the mysterious, uninhabited rock of Es Vedra. It's been the subject of many myths and legends but what is most definitely true is how beautiful the views are, especially when enjoyed as the sun sets.
Drive further inland for approximately 10 minutes and you'll reach the charming village of San José. The whitewashed church is the main attraction here and gives clear views out to the coast. There are also some lovely boutique shops to browse and terrace cafes for people watching whilst sipping a coffee. Surprisingly for a village, there are many restaurants serving a variety of cuisines, making it an ideal place to come for an evening meal out.
Lively Ibiza Town is just under 30 minutes away by car and is where to go if you're looking for vibrant nightlife. There's also plenty to see by day, with intriguing cultural attractions and the chance to indulge in some serious retail therapy.

THE REGION
Declared a ‘natural’ beach by the town of San Jose, Cala Moli is a lovely, pebbly cove tucked away from crowds and lacking in the usual rows of sun loungers, parasols or noisy hotels. Though secluded and tranquil, Moli also offers some fabulous amenities, including a bar/restaurant with its own swimming pool. The sea bed is quite rocky and excellent for snorkelling in crystal clear, clean waters.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Pajaritos is great for families with children, as it provides plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing or come together. Children of all ages will love exploring the large gardens and playing or relaxing in the pool.
A 30-minute drive north of the villa will take you to the pristine sands at Cala Gracio and the Aquarium Cap Blanc. This natural aquarium is inside a sea cave and is a relaxing way to end your day out at the beach. Younger children will be enchanted by the magical feel of the surroundings and enjoy spotting all the colourful sea creatures. You can even buy food to feed the fish!
