Villa Herencia comfortably accommodates eight persons plus infants, in four bedrooms two of which are ensuite. The villa has a large open plan kitchen dinning living area which spans 50 ft wide with floor to ceiling windows & doors that open up on to the wide terrace with panoramic views of the bay. A glass & Cedarwood staircase brings you to the first floor with three bedrooms one of which is ensuite and bathroom all of the bedrooms have terraces overlooking the bay. A further bedroom is located on the main floor which is also ensuite and suitable for wheelchair access.

Lift access from the ground floor through private outdoor pool level (which can be heated upon request additional charges may apply) to main floor, The property is decorated in a natural beach style reminiscent of lazy California living , Ralph Lauren inspired furnishings and eclectic pieces. Air conditioning & fibre optic Wi-Fi as standard in the property. The pool level boasts an Infinity pool & outdoor shower, and bespoke Italian furniture by Talenti with Sun deck, lounging and BBQ eating areas.

The Kitchen is well equipped for cooking with state of the art cooking appliances by Bosch and contempory Italian designed kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. Dining area seats eight persons comfortably on the main level with breath-taking views with the lights of La Herradura at night or sea views by day, you can also opt to dine poolside. Its South Westerly position means you never fail to catch the Sunset whatever time of the year.

La Herradura is a traditional Spanish fishing village nestled amongst the mountain range and Mediterranean. Steeped in history it was where the Spanish Armada sheltered and perished in the eye of a ravaging storm.

The Moors left their stamp on the landscape and history behind in the form of a watch tower at the crest of the Cerro Gorda overlooking the village and bay.
The village is only 55mins from Malaga Airport and 65mins from Granada Airport. The ski Resort of Sierra Nevada is only 115mins away door to slope meaning you really can Sun, Sea & Ski in one day from November through to April.

Punta de la Mona is the exclusive headland which overlooks the bay and village and hosted the holiday homes of notable Madrid & Granadian Spanish families as well as ambassadors, famous musicians and artists.

La Herradura boasts one of the best scuba diving experiences on the Spanish coast and the surrounding sea is a protected Marine sanctuary. Private yacht and boat hire is available from Marina Del Este just 5 minutes from the Villas. Nerja is just a 15minute drive away and Malaga city centre 45mins.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1,000 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm
Departure time 10 am
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights during peak season, 4 nights rest of the year.
Changeover day Saturday during peak season.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner.
Smoking Allowed? Not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of £400 per week (to be paid locally on arrival). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist Tax included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

  • Fabulous luxury hideaway retreat

    This is a fabulous property in a fabulous location! Spread across four floors with lift access to three this place is the ultimate luxury hideaway experience. Great modern living spaces, four double bedrooms, two with ensuite and a spacious private pool area. There is space to park a car on the ground floor inside two big electronic gates (plenty of space outside the property too) , the lift (or steps) take you to levels 1 (pool) and 2 (living space). The living space has a big TV with loads of TV channels, Sonos system and Island style cooking area with hob, built in oven and microwave. There are a number of balconies which overlook the Heraddura Bay, all south facing so you get to see the sunset everynight! Airconditioning right through the property keeps the sun's rays at bay The owners (Alun and Ronan) live next door and were on hand to meet us and help with our stay. Suggestions for local restaurants and taxi services were all well founded and worked very well indeed. Towels, linen and pool towels all provided, there is a washer and drying room too if you need to freshen any of this up. You can walk down the hill to the Marina, or La Heraddura, it takes about 20 mins, probably best to get a taxi back due to the incline walking back. We were the second ones to stay in the property so there was a bit of snagging work to be completed but this was only minor stuff and was full expected. Alun and Ronan were happy to work around us for access. We would highly recommend this place for families, couples and friends.

    The Villa was amazing, exactly like in the pictures but much more as there is a scenic view of the sea. The villa was brand new, modern and had almost everything we needed for a great stay. Ronan was great during check in and available all the time for everything we needed including local recommendations. In general we had a great stay and it was the perfect place for out family vacation

    We stayed at the villa for 1 week in July , it was perfect for the kids who spent most of their time in the pool , its very spacious with lots of room in the open plan kitchen living area to hang out. The views are amazing of the bay and its really quiet being at the end of a road. The lift was a god send with the bags and kids buggy etc so it was all super easy. The host was really attentive and nothing was to much trouble I'm thinking of going back next year but this time with the girls for a long weekend !!! A Turkington
