Villa Sequillo is a stunning luxury beach house nestled in the popular urbanization of Costa Bella in Marbella. Set back just 20 meters from the beach with direct access which leads directly from the villas swimming pool, this unique villa is the perfect holiday home to enjoy with family and friends.

Set over four floors with every room in the house decorated in a super chic style and boasting the most spectacular sea views we are certain you will struggle to leave this perfect piece of paradise. The villa offers six spacious, super sleek style bedrooms distributed over four floors, there is an elevator in the villa.

A truly contemporary home offering the latest tech equipment and high-quality appliances. All the bedrooms come with their own television with international channels and all the rooms in the house air-conditioned and have underfloor heating.

The spacious rooftop bar is one of the many highlights Villa Sequillo has to offer, with a wonderful lounge area, fitness equipment and a fabulous jacuzzi all with stunning views of the Mediterranean seas. The lower ground floor of the house is home to the luxurious private spa with jacuzzi bath, steam bath and sauna.

Puerto Banus is in the Nueva Andalucía area of Marbella, six kilometres west of Marbella centre and just before the small town of San Pedro de Alcantara. Although it may first appear as a developed old Spanish fishing village with an impressive mountain backdrop, Puerto Banus was in fact designed and built as a luxury marina and shopping area in 1970 by the local property developer Jose Banus.

Known as Costa del Sols playground for the rich and famous who visit the area for the fabulous beach clubs and buzzing nightlife. The shops and restaurants reflect the expensive lifestyle with plenty of designer names all around the marina. If you enjoy people watching, you’ll quite possibly see many famous people, especially during the summer months. If sports cars and big luxury boats are more your thing, there are plenty of Ferraris and luxury yachts to admire.

Meanwhile, nearby Marbella is a little bigger and busier with a traditional and beautiful old town, world-renowned Michelin starred restaurants amazing beaches with a large array of water sports to offer and plenty of beachfront bars and restaurants. Moving further to the east you reach Malaga which is the largest city on the Costa del Sol, historically and culturally rich and full of activities and amenities at your fingertips. As the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, the city is naturally brimming with museums and art galleries all set among a beautiful cityscape of castles, cathedrals and theatres.

The Costa del Sol itself is mostly peaceful and quiet, as although there is a large amount of tourism, mainly for the fantastic beaches and warm climate (the average water temperature year-round is 18°C!), visitors tend to stick to the highly developed and bustling south-western part, leaving the stunning mountains inland largely untouched and peaceful year-round.

The region of Andalucía is culturally diverse and has a perfectly varied landscape, where picturesque beaches, ancient cities and deserts meet the incredible Sierra Nevada mountain range, which includes both the most southerly ski resort in Europe and the highest point of continental Europe!

Choose from family-friendly beaches in San Pedro de Alcántara, happening beach clubs in Puerto Banús or quieter sands on the beaches to the west of Estepona. For the more adventurous, enjoy an active day at the beach by enjoying one of the water sports that Marbella offers from Surfing, paddle boarding, windsurfing or jet skiing.

The location is also ideal for a wide range of family attractions around the region. Some of the closest include the Selwo Aventura safari park and Kartfun – Estepona’s go-kart track where you can race all day. For adventures on zip-wires and rope bridges in the treetops, check out Adventura Amazonia, just east of the centre of Marbella – a place where you can all enjoy a memorable You can also pay a visit to Marbella Buggies who offer you an unforgettable adventure with the most powerful buggies.

Drive through the most beautiful and remote mountains of the Costa del Sol. Enjoy a two or three-hour professional guided tour. Head a little further along the coast, and the attractions of Fuengirola, Benalmádena and Málaga get ever closer.

Fuengirola’s Bioparc offers some exciting animal experiences – during the summer, it stays open late to allow you to see nocturnal creatures at their most active. For theme park rides with varying levels of terror, check out Tivoli World in Benalmádena – they have plenty that is suitable for the very youngest too. Also close to the villa in San Pedro Alcantara, you have a 3km roller skating and cycling track as well as a variety of play areas.

There are many waterparks to choose from in the area, Aquamijas in Mijas, Costa water park in Fuengirola and Aqualand Torremolinos. Another popular and fun thing to do is to visit the Benalmadena cable car which offers a spectacular journey of approximately fifteen minutes, taking you to the peak of Mount Calamorro.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1,500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Departure time 10 am
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €450, paid locally. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.

Smoking Allowed? Not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €300 per week (to be paid locally on arrival). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
