Casa Nueva Quilla is an ultra-luxury three-storey, six-bedroom villa located close to Marbella. Built on a grand scale to the highest standards and sitting close to some of Spain's most popular golf resorts and beaches, it is a gem of a villa!
The villa has a spectacular outdoor space bordering the popular Los Naranjos Golf Club. Those looking to marry the buzz of the nearby coastal towns with peace and tranquillity won't have to look any further! The villa offers total comfort and relaxation thanks to its luxurious finishes, open garden, and exclusive location ten minutes from the glitz and glamour of Puerto Banus.
As soon as you enter the house, you'll know you're walking into something special. High ceilings, marble floors and crisp white walls all run throughout the villa. Making your way through the grand hallway, you'll find one of several large and brightly lit living rooms with modern decor and pool views. The fully-equipped kitchen is modern and pristine and bathed in all-day natural light. It's perfectly positioned to look at the greenery, so making a morning coffee here is a real pleasure as you watch the light change with the sunrise. The villa has both indoor and outdoor dining areas, so you can socialise and get comfortable in whichever part of the house you choose.
The ground floor has a terrace which flows out onto the garden and pool area, and a short walk around the pool leads to the villa chiringuito, a relaxed sheltered area where you can spend the evenings sipping on Spanish wines whilst the warm air flows around you. The chiringuito area also has a large dining table, kitchen area and barbecue, so you can take shade from the heat of the day and let the tall trees around the garden cool you off.
The six bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms and are airy and spacious. True to the villa's luxurious aesthetic, each bedroom is dotted with touches of stylish furniture. Every floor on the property has a terrace with beautiful views of the grounds, so guests can enjoy waking up and settling into the day with a coffee in hand.
It's hard to choose a highlight from this ultra-chic villa, but guests love that there's an entertainment room with a pool table and projector screen on the lower level. The highlight of the gardens is undoubtedly the private pool. Guests spend hours here, and with comfortable sun loungers included, sun worshippers will be in their element.

- There is plenty of space for parking several cars, which is great if you wish to drive around and explore the region

About the surrounding area of Casa Nueva QuillaCasa Nueva Quilla is a twenty-minute drive from the centre of Marbella. Surrounded by the Sierra Blanca mountains, Marbella is a vibrant coastal town with something to suit everyone, not just the jet-set crowd. The old town is immaculately maintained and characterised by mazes of narrow lanes with colourful houses draped in stunning bougainvillaea and flower boxes. The pristine beaches continue to be a draw for tourists year after year, and it's not hard to see why when you set foot on the yellow Spanish sands.
A twenty-minute drive down the coast, towards Estepona, is Pepe's Beach Chiringuito restaurant. This much-loved local spot has been there since 1975, serving up superb Mediterranean dishes. There's indoor or outdoor dining, or you can get comfortable on the sun beds as the evening sets in. On a clear day, you can see Gibraltar and the Northern coast of Africa, and there's often live entertainment to go with the meals!
A ten-minute drive from the villa is the luxury marina complex of Puerto Banus. Sandwiched between the mountains and the sea, the marina is the perfect place to see and be seen, snap those all-important selfies, and indulge in the best fine dining Andalusia has to offer. The glamourous town is rich in high-end shopping, restaurants and bars. Shop 'til you drop at the luxury boutiques that line the streets then hit the waterfront to eat, drink and be entertained.
Also a ten-minute drive away is San Pedro de Alcantara, a more traditional town, full of history and popular with day-trippers. The town has retained its authentic Spanish charm over the years and remains relatively untouched by the surrounding developments. Spend a day exploring the narrow streets of the old town and visiting the small shops, cafes and bars that line them. Take a stroll along the palm tree-lined promenade before you settle into a restaurant for tapas and wine and bask in the warm Spanish air.
For the golfers of the groups, this is, without a doubt, the place to be! The Costa del Sol is a haven for golfing, and not only do you have Los Naranjos on your doorstep, but there are also plenty of other courses to enjoy nearby. Twenty minutes away is Villa Padierna, a stunning golf resort and hotel. Golfers will be in their element with the three 18-hole courses, which had the honour of hosting the Obama family in 2010.

Best Suited For: All AgesWith its sunny climate and pleasant coastline, the Costa del Sol provides year-round fun for all the family. One hundred fifty kilometres of coastline spans the region offering an abundance of warm, calm and transparent Mediterranean waters.
A twenty-five-minute drive along the coast takes you to Adventura Amazonia. Kids can spend the day literally swinging from the tree tops with its rope bridges, zip wires, tree climbing and swing bridges. Adventura Amazonia offers 83 challenges in the trees for those over seven years old and a total of twenty zip lines. Younger kids aged 4-7 have the option to use a mini-course, and with all that climbing and clambering, they're sure to be tired out by the end of the session.
Driving fifteen minutes towards the beach and down the coast will take you to Mundo Mania. It has indoor and outdoor facilities of pure fun in the form of a water park, trampolines, pool tables, multi-sports pitches and Costa del Sol's biggest soft play area.
Speaking of parks, water and theme parks are king in the Costa del Sol! Aqualand is a forty-minute drive up the coast towards Malaga and has something for all ages. There's a dedicated area for toddlers and non-swimmers, and for those who want to get the adrenaline pumping, there are eighteen slides plus a number of rides with thrill-inducing names like Rapids, Boomerang, Kamikaze and Black Hole. There's also Costa Water Park, an inflatable assault course in the sea at several locations along the coast. For those who prefer to stay dry, there's Bioparc Fuengirola with gorillas, crocodiles, lemurs, giant tortoises, hippopotamus and tigers to marvel at.
Closer to the coast, you'll find guided segway tours which cater to the smaller members of the party. There are also jet boating tours offering high-speed adrenaline-fuelled trips for kids with 360-degree turns at every opportunity.
