Casa Nueva Quilla is an ultra-luxury three-storey, six-bedroom villa located close to Marbella. Built on a grand scale to the highest standards and sitting close to some of Spain's most popular golf resorts and beaches, it is a gem of a villa!

The villa has a spectacular outdoor space bordering the popular Los Naranjos Golf Club. Those looking to marry the buzz of the nearby coastal towns with peace and tranquillity won't have to look any further! The villa offers total comfort and relaxation thanks to its luxurious finishes, open garden, and exclusive location ten minutes from the glitz and glamour of Puerto Banus.

As soon as you enter the house, you'll know you're walking into something special. High ceilings, marble floors and crisp white walls all run throughout the villa. Making your way through the grand hallway, you'll find one of several large and brightly lit living rooms with modern decor and pool views. The fully-equipped kitchen is modern and pristine and bathed in all-day natural light. It's perfectly positioned to look at the greenery, so making a morning coffee here is a real pleasure as you watch the light change with the sunrise. The villa has both indoor and outdoor dining areas, so you can socialise and get comfortable in whichever part of the house you choose.

The ground floor has a terrace which flows out onto the garden and pool area, and a short walk around the pool leads to the villa chiringuito, a relaxed sheltered area where you can spend the evenings sipping on Spanish wines whilst the warm air flows around you. The chiringuito area also has a large dining table, kitchen area and barbecue, so you can take shade from the heat of the day and let the tall trees around the garden cool you off.

The six bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms and are airy and spacious. True to the villa's luxurious aesthetic, each bedroom is dotted with touches of stylish furniture. Every floor on the property has a terrace with beautiful views of the grounds, so guests can enjoy waking up and settling into the day with a coffee in hand.

It's hard to choose a highlight from this ultra-chic villa, but guests love that there's an entertainment room with a pool table and projector screen on the lower level. The highlight of the gardens is undoubtedly the private pool. Guests spend hours here, and with comfortable sun loungers included, sun worshippers will be in their element.

Security deposit €1000 charged to client's credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
